Abstract
【解決手段】キャビティフィルタは、一面に電極パッドが備えられた外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して備えられたRF信号連結部と、外部部材の電極パッドとRF信号連結部とを電気的に連結させるが、所定距離に存在する組立公差を吸収すると同時に電極パッドとRF信号連結部との間の電気的な流れの断絶を予防する端子部とを含む。端子部は、電極パッドとRF信号連結部との間に位置するいずれか一部が弾性変形する動作で端子挿入口内の組立公差を吸収するように備えられている。

Claims (14)
- 一面に電極パッドが備えられた外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して備えられたRF信号連結部と、
前記外部部材の電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部とを電気的に連結させるが、前記所定距離に存在する組立公差を吸収すると同時に前記電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部との間の電気的な流れの断絶を予防する端子部とを含み、
前記端子部は、
前記電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部との間に位置するいずれか一部が弾性変形する動作で端子挿入口内の組立公差を吸収するように備えられた、キャビティフィルタ。 - 前記端子部は、前記端子挿入口内に単数個の単一端子部で備えられた、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記端子部は、
前記電極パッドに接触して備えられ、組立者が提供する組立力によって弾性変形する一側端子と、
前記一側端子と連結され、前記端子挿入口内で動かないように固定され、下端部が前記RF信号連結部にソルダ固定された他側端子とを含む、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 前記端子部は、
前記電極パッドに接触して備えられるが、組立者が提供する組立力によって前記端子挿入口内で動くように備えられた一側端子と、
前記一側端子と連結され、前記一側端子から提供される組立力によって弾性変形し、前記RF信号連結部にソルダ固定された他側端子とを含む、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 前記一側端子の上端部は、記号文字である「疑問符」形状に形成された、請求項2または3に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記一側端子および前記他側端子は、導電性材質からなる、請求項3または4に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記端子挿入口内に挿入配置されるが、前記端子部の一部を取り囲むように配置された誘電体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記端子挿入口内に挿入配置されるが、前記端子部の一部を固定させる補強プレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記一側端子および前記他側端子のいずれか1つには、上下方向に長く形成された複数のテンション切開部が備えられ、
前記テンション切開部は、前記一側端子に備えられるが、前記他側端子の上端部が前記一側端子の下端部の内部に収容される、請求項8に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 前記単一端子部で備えられた前記端子部は、
前記端子挿入口の直下方一側に備えられたRF信号連結部に連結されるように折曲形成された、請求項2に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 前記単一端子部で備えられた前記端子部は、
前記組立力によって弾性変形する弾性変形部が形成された、請求項2に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 前記弾性変形部は、一部が切開されたリング形状に形成された、請求項11に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記弾性変形部は、上下ジグザグ状に折曲形成された、請求項11に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 一面に電極パッドが備えられた外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して備えられたRF信号連結部と、
前記外部部材の電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部とを電気的に連結させるが、前記所定距離に存在する組立公差を吸収すると同時に前記電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部との間の電気的な流れの断絶を予防する端子部とを含み、
前記端子部は、
前記電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部との間に位置するいずれか一部が弾性変形する動作で端子挿入口内の組立公差を吸収するように備えられた、コネクティング構造体。
