Abstract
Description
AME)に関し、より詳しくは、組立性および大きさを考慮してフィルタと印刷回路基板との間のコネクタ締結構造を改善したMassive MIMOアンテナ用キャビティフィルタおよびこれに含まれるコネクティング構造体に関する。

Claims (7)
- 一面に電極パッドが備えられた外部部材と、
前記外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して備えられたRF信号連結部と、
前記外部部材の電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部とを電気的に連結し、前記所定距離に存在する組立公差を吸収しつつ、前記電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部との間の電気的な流れの断絶を予防する端子部とを備え、
前記電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部との間に位置する前記端子部は、導電性材質で備えられかつ、単数個の単一端子部で備えられ、組立者が提供する組立力によって弾性変形する弾性変形部が形成され、
前記弾性変形部は、端子挿入口内に存在する組立公差の吸収のために、長手方向に対して伸縮可能である、キャビティフィルタ。 - 前記弾性変形部は、前記端子部の外周面の一部が面取りされて、複数個が形成された、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記複数の弾性変形部は、前記端子部の円周形態の外周面の一部が一側から他側方向に所定高さだけ面取り形成されるが、上下方向に複数個が形成され、隣接する弾性変形部の面取り方向は互いに反対方向に形成される、請求項2に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 組立者が提供する組立力によって、前記端子部の上端部である接点部が押圧される場合、前記弾性変形部の面取りされた入口部位が形状変形する、請求項3に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記端子挿入口内に配置され、前記端子部の下端部が貫通して支持される補強プレートをさらに含み、
前記補強プレートには、前記端子部の下端部が貫通する端子貫通ホールが形成され、前記補強プレートは、前記端子挿入口内に備えられた挿入口支持段にその枠の下面が支持される、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 前記端子挿入口が備えられたフィルタ本体の一面にはワッシャ設置部が溝加工されて形成され、前記ワッシャ設置部に設置固定されるスターワッシャをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記スターワッシャは、リング形状に備えられた固定段が前記ワッシャ設置部に固定され、前記固定段から前記外部部材の電極パッド側の中心に向かって上方傾斜して形成された複数の支持段を含む、請求項6に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
