Abstract
Description
本明細書において、ある部分がある構成要素を「含む」というとき、これは特に反対の記載がない限り、他の構成要素を除くのではなく、他の構成要素をさらに含むことができるということを意味する。
本出願の一実施態様において、上記第1絶縁膜は、複数の発光素子を含むことができる。
図1は、本出願の一実施態様に係る車両用ランプの側面図を示すものである。具体的に、上記第2電極8は、上記第2絶縁膜4に備えられ、具体的に、上記第2電極は、上記第2絶縁膜の内部にパターン形式で備えられることができる。
上記第2電極は、陰極であってもよく、上記第2電極は、陽極であってもよい。
上記蛍光フィルムは、上記第2絶縁膜の一面に形成されることができる。
本出願の一実施態様において、上記蛍光フィルムは、蛍光物質を含み、上記ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS, Polydimetylsiloxane)100重量部を基準に、上記蛍光物質5重量部〜50重量部を含む、車両用ランプを提供する。
<製造例1−車両用ランプ用積層体の形成>
光拡散層のコーティング
PET基材にPDMS(Shinetsu社、KE−106)をバーコーティング又はコンマコーティングした後、150℃で5分〜10分間硬化し、硬化後の光拡散層の最終厚さが400μmである光拡散層を形成した。
硬化が完了した上記製造された光拡散層の上部にPDMS(Shinetsu社、KE−106)と上記PDMS100重量部を基準に蛍光物質50重量部を混合して、バーコーティング又はコンマコーティングした後、150℃で5分〜10分間硬化し、硬化後の蛍光フィルムの最終厚さが100μmである光拡散層/蛍光フィルム積層体を形成した。
硬化が完了した上記製造された光拡散層/蛍光フィルム積層体の蛍光フィルムの上部にPDMS(Shinetsu社、KE−106)と上記PDMS100重量部を基準に顔料0.9重量部を混合して、バーコーティング又はコンマコーティングした後、150℃で5分〜10分間硬化し、硬化後のカラーフィルタの最終厚さが100μmである車両用ランプ用積層体を形成した。
蛍光フィルムのコーティング
PET基材にPDMS(Shinetsu社、KE−106)と上記PDMS100重量部を基準に蛍光物質10重量部を混合して、バーコーティング又はコンマコーティングした後、150℃で5分〜10分間硬化し、硬化後の蛍光フィルムの最終厚さが500μmである蛍光フィルムを形成した。
硬化が完了した上記製造された蛍光フィルムの上部にPDMS(Shinetsu社、KE−106)と上記PDMS100重量部を基準に顔料0.9重量部を混合して、バーコーティング又はコンマコーティングした後、150℃で5分〜10分間硬化し、硬化後のカラーフィルタの最終厚さが100μmである車両用ランプ用積層体を形成した。
カラーフィルタのコーティング
PET基材に顔料ミルベースが含まれたアクリルバインダーをスロットダイ(slot die)コーティングした後、150℃で20分間乾燥し、乾燥後の最終厚さが10μmであるカラーフィルタを形成した。
上記製造されたカラーフィルタの上部にPDMS(Shinetsu社、KE−106)と上記PDMS100重量部を基準に蛍光物質50重量部を混合して、バーコーティング又はコンマコーティングした後、150℃で5分〜10分間硬化し、硬化後の蛍光フィルムの最終厚さが100μmであるカラーフィルタ/蛍光フィルム積層体を形成した。
硬化が完了した上記カラーフィルタ/蛍光フィルム積層体の蛍光フィルムの一面にPDMS(Shinetsu社、KE−106)をバーコーティング又はコンマコーティングした後、150℃で5分〜10分間硬化し、硬化後の光拡散層の最終厚さが400μmである光拡散層を形成した。
1.透過された光の輝度及び色の評価
上記製造例1〜3で製造した車両用ランプ用積層体について、Topcon社のSR−UL2装備を使用して、発光素子から発光されて最終カラーフィルタまで透過した光を測定し、測定結果を下記表1に記載する。
上記製造例1〜3で製造した車両用ランプ用積層体について、製造されたカラーフィルタに対するヘイズメーターNDH−5000SPを用いて、ASTM(American Society of testing materials)方式でヘイズ及び透過率を測定し、それぞれの測定結果を下記表2に記載する。

前記第2絶縁膜の前記第1絶縁膜と接する面の反対面と前記蛍光フィルムの前記カラーフィルタと接する面の反対面とが互いに接するものである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ランプ。 - 前記基板は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET、polyethylene terephthalate)、ポリエステル(polyester)、ポリカーボネート(PC、Polycarbonate)、ポリイミド(PI、polyimide)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN、polyethylene naphthalate)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK、polyether ether ketone)、ポリアリレート(PAR、polyarylate)、多環式オレフィン(PCO、polycyclic olefin)、ポリノルボルネン(polynorbornene)、ポリエーテルスルホン(PES、polyethersulphone)及びシクロオレフィンポリマー(COP、cycloolefin polymer)からなる群より選択されるものである、請求項4に記載の車両用ランプ。
- 前記カラーフィルタの厚さは、50μm以上150μm以下である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ランプ。
- 前記蛍光フィルムの厚さは、100μm以上1000μm以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ランプ。
- 前記カラーフィルタは、顔料を含み、
前記ポリジメチルシロキサン100重量部を基準に、前記顔料0.5重量部〜2重量部を含むものである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ランプ。 - 前記蛍光フィルムは、蛍光物質を含み、
前記ポリジメチルシロキサン100重量部を基準に、前記蛍光物質5重量部〜50重量部を含むものである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ランプ。 - 下部基板を準備するステップ、
前記下部基板の一面に蛍光フィルムを形成するステップ、及び
前記蛍光フィルムの前記下部基板が接する面の反対面にカラーフィルタを形成するステップ、
を含む車両用ランプの製造方法であって、
前記蛍光フィルム及び前記カラーフィルタは、ポリジメチルシロキサンを含むものである、車両用ランプの製造方法。 - 前記下部基板を準備するステップは、
基板を準備するステップ、
前記基板の一面に第1電極を形成するステップ、
前記第1電極の前記基板が接する面の反対面に発光素子を含む第1絶縁膜を形成するステップ、及び
前記第1絶縁膜の前記第1電極が接する面の反対面に第2電極を含む第2絶縁膜を形成するステップ、
を含むものである、請求項10に記載の車両用ランプの製造方法。 - 前記カラーフィルタを形成するステップは、
ポリジメチルシロキサン及び顔料を含むカラーフィルタ組成物を形成するステップ、及び
前記カラーフィルタ組成物を前記蛍光フィルムの一面に直接コーティングするステップ、
を含むものである、請求項10または11に記載の車両用ランプの製造方法。 - 前記カラーフィルタ組成物は、無溶剤型である、請求項12に記載の車両用ランプの製造方法。
- 前記直接コーティングは、バーコーティング又はコンマコーティング工程である、請求項12または13に記載の車両用ランプの製造方法。
