Description
− 物品を加熱するのに適した反応器に物品を投入する工程、
− ポリマーマトリックスを分解するために、反応器内の物品を所定の温度で加熱する工程、
− 分解されたポリマーマトリックスから強化材を分離する工程、及び
− 熱を回収するために、強化材を第一熱伝達手段と接触させる工程
を含むことを特徴とする方法を提案する。
− 物品は、エンドレススクリュー、コンベヤーベルト、ホッパー又は計量モジュールによって反応器に投入される;
− 物品は200℃と1500℃の間の温度で加熱される;
− 強化材は、次のプロセス:遠心分離、ドレン(draining)、スピン(spinning)、プレス、フィルター、スクリーン及び/又はサイクロンの少なくとも一つによって分離される;

- 複合材料を含む物品をリサイクルするための方法であって、該複合材料がポリマーマトリックスと強化材を含む方法において、次の工程:
− 物品を加熱するのに適した反応器に物品を投入する工程(110)、
− ポリマーマトリックスを分解するために、反応器内の物品を所定の温度で加熱する工程(120)、
− 分解されたポリマーマトリックスから強化材を分離する工程(130)、及び
− 熱を回収するために、強化材を第一熱伝達手段と接触させる工程(140)
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 物品が、エンドレススクリュー、コンベヤーベルト、ホッパー又は計量モジュールによって反応器に投入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリサイクル方法。

- ポリマーマトリックスと強化材を含む複合材料を含む物品をリサイクルするためのシステムにおいて、
− 上記物品を搬送するための手段、
− そのポリマーマトリックスを分解する目的で前記物品を加熱するのに適した反応器、
− 分解されたポリマーマトリックスから強化材を分離するための手段、及び
− 強化材から熱を回収するのに適した第一熱伝達手段
を含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 強化材から追加の熱を回収することができる第二熱伝達手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項24に記載のリサイクルシステム。
- 分離手段が、次の形態:遠心分離機、ドレン手段、スピン手段、プレス手段、フィルター、スクリーン及び/又はサイクロンの一つであることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載のリサイクルシステム。
