Abstract
Description
従来の関連技術では、可撓性チューブに基づく生体内検出装置は、柔軟且つ制御可能な湾曲チューブ、及び制御可能な湾曲チューブの一端に設けられた検出部材を含むことができ、該検出部材の接続端子が溶接により他の電線と溶接でき、さらに電力伝送を実現する。
しかしながら、検出部材が小さいため、その電線のサイズも小さく、それと他の電線との溶接プロセスは操作しにくく、同時に、移動中に溶接効果を保証することも困難であり、例えば検出部材の電線と他の電線は移動する時に断線状況が発生しやすい。
前記検出回路基板の第一の側面に第一の導電性材料が設けられ、前記検出部材が前記検出回路基板の第一の側面に接続され、且つ前記検出部材の接続端子に前記第一の導電性材料が溶接され、前記検出回路基板の第二の側面に第二の導線性材料が設けられ、前記検出回路基板の第二の側面に前記主回路基板の第二の縁が接続され、前記第二の導電性材料が前記主回路基板の表面の導電部に垂直に溶接され、前記導電部が前記ケーブルに導通接続され、前記第一の導電性材料と前記第二の導電性材料が導通し、
各前記補助回路基板が1つの前記第一の縁に接続され、前記2つの補助回路基板の間に、少なくとも一部の器具チューブが通過するためのチャネルが形成され、前記チャネルが前記検出部材、前記主回路基板、及び前記検出回路基板の第三の方向に沿った側に位置し、
前記検出部材、前記主回路基板、前記検出回路基板、前記補助回路基板、及び前記チャネルに位置する器具チューブの一部がいずれも外側チューブ内に設けられ、前記外側チューブが柔軟且つ制御可能な湾曲チューブに直接又は間接的に接続され、
ここで、前記第一の方向、前記第二の方向、及び前記第三の方向が互いに垂直である。
選択可能に、前記検出部材は画像収集部材である。

これからわかるように、本実施形態は、補助回路基板4とその上の照明用導電性材料41により、照明部材5の取り付け、及び電力伝送を実現でき、同時に、照明部材5への電力伝送の安定性を保証でき、且つサイズを簡素化することに有利である。

Claims (10)
- 可撓性チューブに基づく生体内検出装置であって、検出部材、主回路基板、検出回路基板、補助回路基板、ケーブルと外側チューブを備え、前記主回路基板が互いに平行であり且つ第一の方向に沿って設けられた2つの第一の縁と、第二の方向に沿って設けられた第二の縁とを有し、
前記検出回路基板の第一の側面に第一の導電性材料が設けられ、前記検出部材が前記検出回路基板の第一の側面に接続され、且つ前記検出部材の接続端子に前記第一の導電性材料が溶接され、前記検出回路基板の第二の側面に第二の導線性材料が設けられ、前記検出回路基板の第二の側面に前記主回路基板の第二の縁が接続され、前記第二の導電性材料が前記主回路基板の表面の導電部に垂直に溶接され、前記導電部が前記ケーブルに導通接続され、前記第一の導電性材料と前記第二の導電性材料が導通し、
各前記補助回路基板が1つの前記第一の縁に接続され、前記2つの補助回路基板の間に、少なくとも一部の器具チューブが通過するためのチャネルが形成され、前記チャネルが前記検出部材、前記主回路基板、及び前記検出回路基板の第三の方向に沿った側に位置し、
前記検出部材、前記主回路基板、前記検出回路基板、前記補助回路基板、及び前記チャネルに位置する器具チューブの一部がいずれも外側チューブ内に設けられ、前記外側チューブが柔軟且つ制御可能な湾曲チューブに直接又は間接的に接続され、
ここで、前記第一の方向、前記第二の方向、及び前記第三の方向が互いに垂直であることを特徴とする可撓性チューブに基づく生体内検出装置。 - 前記検出部材は画像収集部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補助回路基板の端部に設けられ、且つ前記検出部材と共に同じ方向を向いている照明部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記2つの補助回路基板の対向する側面に照明用導電性材料が設けられ、前記照明用導電性材料は、前記照明部材の接続端子に溶接され、2つの前記照明部材は、2つの前記照明用導電性材料を介して並列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記補助回路基板の端部には係合口が前記第一の方向に沿って設けられ、前記照明部材は前記係合口に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記照明部材の前記第一の方向に沿った前記検出回路基板の第一の側面との間隔は前記検出部材の前記第一の方向に沿った長さと一致することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記第二の導電性材料の表面サイズは、前記第一の導電性材料の表面サイズよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記検出回路基板と前記主回路基板、及び/又は前記補助回路基板と前記主回路基板は、それぞれ位置決め係合口構造を介して位置決めされて接続されることを特徴とする請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記導電部に導通接続されたケーブルはシールド層付きの同軸ケーブルであることを特徴とする請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 可撓性チューブに基づく生体内検出システムであって、請求項1−9のいずれか一項に記載の可撓性チューブに基づく生体内検出装置と、柔軟且つ制御可能な湾曲チューブとを備え、前記生体内検出装置と前記器具チューブが前記制御可能な湾曲チューブの一端に挿入部を形成していることを特徴とする可撓性チューブに基づく生体内検出システム。
