Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- ハイブリッド駆動モジュールであって、
軸に沿って延在し、エンジンによって駆動されるように構成された入力部と、
トルクコンバータカバーと、
前記軸を中心に回転するように構成されたロータキャリアハブを有する電気モータであって、前記ロータキャリアハブは、前記トルクコンバータカバーに回転不能に接続され、クラッチを介して前記入力部に選択的に結合され、前記ロータキャリアハブは、内部を画定する内面と、外部を画定する外面と、オイルが前記内部から前記外部へ移動することを可能にするために前記ロータキャリアハブを貫通して前記内面から前記外面まで延在する複数の孔とを有する、電気モータと、
を備える、ハイブリッド駆動モジュール。 - 前記ロータキャリアハブの前記外面は、その上に形成され、前記軸の周りに環状に配置され、軸方向に延在する、複数のチャネルを画定する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動モジュール。
- 前記孔の各々は、前記孔を通って前記ロータキャリアハブの前記内部から流出する流体が前記外面の前記チャネルに沿って案内されるように、前記チャネルのそれぞれ1つと円周方向に整列される、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動モジュール。
- 前記複数の孔のいくつかは、前記ロータキャリアハブに沿って第1の軸方向位置で互いに軸方向に整列され、前記複数の孔のいくつかは、第2の軸方向位置で互いに軸方向に整列される、請求項3に記載のハイブリッド駆動モジュール。
- 前記ロータキャリアハブは、その第1の端部に、前記外面から半径方向外向きに延在する半径方向延在部分と、前記ロータキャリアハブの第2の端部に向かって軸方向に延在する軸方向延在部分とを有する肩部を含む、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動モジュール。
- 前記ロータキャリアハブの前記外面および前記肩部が、流体を部分的に密封するように構成された流体リザーバを画定する、請求項5に記載のハイブリッド駆動モジュール。
- 前記ロータキャリアハブは、第2の複数の孔であって、前記ロータキャリアハブを完全に貫通して延在し、前記流体リザーバと軸方向に整列されて、前記内部を前記流体リザーバに流体結合する、第2の複数の孔を画定する、請求項6に記載のハイブリッド駆動モジュール。
- 前記第2の複数の孔の各々は、前記複数の孔から前記軸を中心に円周方向にオフセットされる、請求項7に記載のハイブリッド駆動モジュール。
- 電気モータ用のロータキャリアハブであって、前記ロータキャリアハブは、
第1の軸方向側から第2の軸方向側に軸の周りに延在する本体であって、
内部を画定する内面と、
軸方向に延在する複数のチャネルを画定する外面と、
前記第2の軸方向側において前記外面から半径方向外向きに延在し、前記外面とともに少なくとも部分的に拘束されたリザーバを画定するリップと、
前記本体内に画定され、前記内面から前記外面に半径方向に延在する第1の複数の孔であって、前記第1の複数の孔の各々は、前記複数のチャネルの1つと整列されてオイルが前記本体の前記内部から前記複数のチャネル内に移動するのを可能にする、第1の複数の孔と、
前記本体内に画定され、前記内面から前記外面に前記半径方向に延在する第2の複数の孔であって、前記第2の複数の孔の各々は、前記リザーバと軸方向に整列されてオイルが前記本体の前記内部から前記リザーバに移動するのを可能にする、第2の複数の孔と、
を有する、本体を備える、ロータキャリアハブ。 - 前記リップは、前記外面から半径方向外向きに延在する半径方向延在部分と、前記半径方向延在部分から前記第1の軸方向側に向かって延在する軸方向延在部分と、を有し、前記第2の複数の孔は、前記軸方向延在部分と軸方向に整列されている、請求項9に記載のロータキャリアハブ。
