背景技术

发明内容

在模块中提供油、润滑剂、传动液等(下文中一般称为油)以冷却电动机120并润湿离合器132。油流从变速器(未示出)输送至模块100。应当对此油流进行引导,使得系统中的所有轴承都能获得足够的润滑油,离合器132得到充分冷却,并且电动机的转子122和定子123都能得到冷却。可不将模块100浸没,而是应将模块100视为飞溅润滑系统,使得油在模块100的整个运作过程中飞溅以冷却各个部件。重要的是,在离开离合器132并向外喷溅在定子123的绕组上之后,流经转子122的油要保持油流稠度,同时还要达到足够的冷却能力,以使系统在期望的条件下保持运行。
在油流路径的一个实例中,油通过壳体之间的接口从变速器输送至模块100。然后,油被向下输导至模块100的输入部130。一旦油到达输入部,就将其带到分离离合器132的平衡坝以加注离合器。一旦注满离合器132,油便会从孔口137流出,这些孔口会将油引导至离合器132的离合器组件的内径处。此时,油尚未吸收任何大量的能量(热量)。如果离合器滑动,油则会经过离合器132以冷却离合器。然后油进入转子承载毂105的内表面。
根据本文公开的实施例,转子承载毂105设置有结构特征以改善油流并且因此改善模块100的运作。在图2中单独示出了转子承载毂105。如下所述,转子承载毂105在其内径表面处收集油,径向向外引导油通过孔,其中一部分油经过将油带到转子的一侧的通道,一部分油传送到转子的另一侧上的蓄积器。然后油会通过转子端板上的槽部径向逸出,沿途冷却转子。
根据图2所示的实施例,转子承载毂105沿着旋转轴线AR从第一侧202延伸至第二侧204。转子承载毂105具有主体203,该主体包括内表面206和外表面208。环形凸缘210设置在第二侧204处。
如上所述,油从离合器132传送到转子承载毂105的内表面206。将油收集在转子承载毂105的内部。转子承载毂105限定完全穿过转子承载毂从内表面206延伸至外表面208的多个第一孔212。因此,受控量的油能够逸出转子承载毂105的内部,并且能够输送至外表面208。

因此,从转子承载毂105内部逸出的油能够行进到转子端板,诸如转子的一个轴向侧上的端板125,以及转子的另一轴向侧上的另一个端板(未标记)。每个转子端板可具有限定在其中的槽,以允许油径向逸出转子。油在传送时会与转子端部接触,从而从转子中吸收更多热量。一旦油从端板中的槽逸出,就会借由离心力喷出至电动机的定子绕组上,以冷却绕组。因此,提供了恒定且受控的油流速率,从而在平衡坝中注满油的情况下,冷却分离离合器,并且使用单个单向油流供应冷却电动机定子和转子。
在示例性实施例中,毂105由铝制成,可用于减轻毂的重量和旋转惯性,并且罩112由钢制成,从而降低了罩112的制造成本并提高了罩112的耐用性。在另一实施例中,由于4XXX(例如4140)钢的高延展性性状,承载毂可由所述钢制成。在其他实施例中,其他材料可用于承载毂,包括但不限于不锈钢或其他金属和合金、球墨铸铁或其他类似材料。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力驱动模块,其包括:
输入部,所述输入部沿着轴线延伸并且构造为由发动机驱动;
变矩器罩;和
电动机,所述电动机具有构造为围绕所述轴线旋转的转子承载毂,所述转子承载毂不可旋转地连接至所述变矩器罩,并且经由离合器选择性地耦接至所述输入部,其中所述转子承载毂具有限定内部的内表面、限定外部的外表面,以及多个孔,所述多个孔从所述内表面穿过所述转子承载毂延伸至所述外表面,以使油能够从所述内部输送至所述外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动模块,其中,所述转子承载毂的所述外表面限定形成在其上的多个通道,所述多个通道围绕所述轴线呈环状布置并且在轴向方向上延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力驱动模块,其中,所述孔中的每一个与所述通道中的相应一个周向对准,从而沿所述外表面的所述通道对通过所述孔逸出所述转子承载毂的所述内部的流体进行引导。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力驱动模块,其中,所述多个孔中的一些在沿所述转子承载毂的第一轴向位置处彼此轴向对准,并且所述多个孔中的一些在第二轴向位置处彼此轴向对准。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动模块,其中,所述转子承载毂在其第一端部处包括肩部,所述肩部具有从所述外表面径向向外延伸的径向延伸部分以及朝向所述转子承载毂的第二端部轴向延伸的轴向延伸部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力驱动模块,其中,所述转子承载毂的所述外表面和所述肩部限定构造为部分地封闭流体的流体蓄积器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力驱动模块,其中,所述转子承载毂限定多个第二孔,所述多个第二孔完全延伸穿过所述转子承载毂并且与所述流体蓄积器轴向对准,以将所述内部流体耦接至所述蓄积器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力驱动模块,其中,所述多个第二孔中的每一个围绕所述轴线从所述多孔周向偏离。
9.一种用于电动机的转子承载毂,所述转子承载毂包括:
主体,所述主体围绕轴线从第一轴向侧延伸至第二轴向侧,并且具有
内表面,所述内表面限定内部,
外表面,所述外表面限定在轴向方向上延伸的多个通道,
唇缘,所述唇缘在所述第二轴向侧从所述外表面径向向外延伸并且限定至少部分地由所述外表面和所述唇缘界定的蓄积器,
多个第一孔,所述多个第一孔限定在所述主体内并且在径向方向上从所述内表面延伸至所述外表面,所述多个第一孔中的每一个与所述通道中的一个对准,以使油能够从所述主体的所述内部输送至所述通道中,和
多个第二孔,所述多个第二孔限定在所述主体内并且在所述径向方向上从所述内表面延伸至所述外表面,所述多个第二孔中的每一个与所述蓄积器轴向对准,以使油能够从所述主体的所述内部输送至所述蓄积器中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的转子承载毂,其中,所述唇具有从所述外表面径向向外延伸的径向延伸部分,以及从所述径向延伸部分朝向所述第一轴向侧延伸的轴向延伸部分,其中,所述多个第二孔与所述轴向延伸部分轴向对准。
