Description

混合驱动模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合驱动模块以及润滑这种混合驱动模块的方面。
背景技术
近年来,针对客车的混合动力系统正获得越来越多的关注,并且已经提出关于该应用的多种解决方案。特别是,已经建议将混合功能作为单独的模块添加到现有的动力系统中。现有的混合驱动模块的一个例子包括第一链轮和电动机,所述第一链轮用于通过双质量飞轮和分离式离合器间接地连接到内燃机的曲轴上,所述电动机优选为48V电动机,驱动地连接至第二链轮。链轮通过带连接,从而形成带传动,以允许各种驱动方式,如纯电动驱动、恢复、牵引模式和增压。在现有的技术系统中,电动机、飞轮、离合器和带驱动形成为可以添加到现有的动力系统中的单独模块。
混合驱动模块的运动部件,即双质量飞轮和离合器需要润滑,但是将带驱动设置在干燥环境中是很重要的。由于这个原因,不仅需要为运动部件提供润滑系统,而且混合驱动模块的壳体必须设计成独立的密封隔室,以避免油从飞轮/离合器隔室泄漏到带传动隔室。因此,需要对整个混合驱动模块进行复杂的封装。
鉴于此,希望提供一种混合驱动模块,所需部件的数量减少,同时封装方面的复杂性降低。
发明内容
因此,此处教导的目的是提供一种克服现有技术方案中的缺陷的改进的混合驱动模块。
根据第一方面,提供了一种混合驱动模块。所述混合驱动模块包括壳体,该壳体包围链条驱动机构,该链条驱动机构通过至少一个联轴器连接电动机与相关内燃机的曲轴。所述壳体还包括油箱,该油箱具有入口和出口,所述入口配置为在操作过程中接收来自链条的油,所述出口设置为将油分配返回至所述链条。
在一种实施方式中,所述出口配置为当所述油箱内的油位达到所述出口的垂直位置时将油分配返回至所述链条。
在一种实施方式中,所述油箱设置为邻近所述链条驱动机构的第一链轮,所述第一链轮通过所述电动机直接驱动。
所述油箱的入口可以设置在所述第一链轮的上端。
在一种实施方式中,所述油箱的出口垂直设置在所述油箱的入口下方。
所述油箱的出口可以设置在所述链条与所述第一链轮接合的垂直位置处。
在一种实施方式中,该混合驱动模块还可以包括附加油道,该附加油道具有在操作期间接收来自所述链条的油的喷射器入口、连接所述喷射器入口下游的所述油道与所述油箱的油路以及设置为将油分配返回至所述链条的喷射器出口,以此所述油道形成用于将油从所述油箱抽吸到所述链条的喷射器。
所述附加油道还可以包括设置在所述喷射器入口和所述喷射器出口之间的收缩扩散喷管。
在一种实施方式中,所述混合驱动模块的油箱设置有磁体。
在一种实施方式中,所述至少一个联轴器包括双质量飞轮和/或分离式离合器。
该混合驱动模块还可以包括布置为与所述链条驱动机构的第二链轮串联的启动离合器,所述第二链轮与所述至少一个联轴器直接连接。
在一种实施方式中,该混合驱动模块还包括配置为关闭所述壳体(170)的箱体。
在一种实施方式中,所述箱体设置有至少一个油口,所述油口从所述箱体的外侧延伸至所述箱体的内侧。
在一种实施方式中,所述箱体的所述油口延伸至所述链条与所述第一链轮接合的位置处。
该混合驱动模块还可以包括配置为将油供应至所述箱体的油口的油泵。
第二方面,提供了一种发动机总成。该发动机总成包括内燃机和根据公开的实施方式中的任一者所述的混合驱动模块。所述壳体由所述内燃机的发动机缸体的端部区域和从所述端部区域向外延伸的耳结构形成。
第三方面,提供了一种混合驱动汽车,包括根据第二方面所提供的发动机总成。

具体实施方式
从图1开始,显示了汽车的发动机总成10的示意图。所述汽车通常是客车,而所述发动机总成包括内燃机20和根据实施方式的混合驱动模块100。如下文将描述的,所述混合驱动模块100机械连接到内燃机20的曲轴22,以提供设置为与所述混合驱动模块100串联的传动装置(未显示)的额外的驱动转矩。因此,从图1可以明显看出,所述传动装置还连接至曲轴22。
所述混合驱动模块100包括电动机110以及连接电动机110与曲轴22的链条驱动机构120。电动机110用于驱动链条驱动机构120的第一链轮122,由此一旦电动机110驱动,第一链轮122的旋转运动通过链条126传递到链条驱动机构120的第二链轮124。
第二链轮124通过一个或多个联轴器驱动地连接至曲轴22。在图1所示的实施方式中,第二链轮124连接到接收来自双质量飞轮140的驱动转矩的分离式离合器130的输出端。对于平行的两个离合器系统,通常表示为混合P2系统,分离式离合器130常被称为C0离合器。双质量飞轮140(可由另一个扭转减震/吸收装置代替)直接从曲轴22接收输入转矩。然而,为了本实施方式的目的,分离式离合器130和/或双质量飞轮140(或其替代品)可以忽略或被另一合适的联轴装置取代。
在图1中还示出了可选的离合器150,此处代表启动离合器。再次关于P2系统,启动离合器通常被称为C 1离合器。启动离合器150设置在下游,即在传动装置上游位于在混合驱动模块100的输出侧。应该认识到,启动离合器150可以被转矩转换器或类似结构所代替。
电动机110优选为48V的电机/交流发电机,48V的电机/交流发电机可以用来为现有的汽车动力系统提供混合功能。对于其他实施方式,也在本申请的范围内,可以使用高压混合电动机。更具体地,与如果使用带驱动相比,链条驱动机构120的设置允许高压混合电机的模块化。带驱动不能适应更强大的高压混合电动机所提供的高负荷。
整个混合驱动模块100还包括润滑系统,根据此处描述的各种实施方式,所述润滑系统基于以下原则:链条126将协助循环润滑油至混合驱动模块100的旋转部分,即一个或多个联轴器130,140。应进一步指出,在使用启动离合器或扭矩转换器150的情况下,该组件也可以设置在混合驱动模块100内,从而从相同的润滑系统中获益。
在一些实施方式中,润滑系统可以由油泵160支持。
润滑油应该在本公开的内容中广泛地理解为适用于具体应用中的任何自动变速箱用油、发动机润滑油或其他类型的润滑液和冷却液。
提出的解决方案的一个主要优点是所需的封装空间较小。现在参见图2,显示出混合驱动模块100部分的剖视图,说明混合驱动模块100的紧凑性。
曲轴22提供输入转矩到双质量飞轮140的主惯性质量件142。双质量飞轮140的次惯性质量件144转而以有限滑动连接的形式连接到分离式离合器130的输入侧。分离式离合器130的输出侧连接到第二链轮124,所述第二链轮124承载链条126。优选地,可以设置一个或者多个弹簧来将内部的质量件142,144彼此连接以使得次惯性质量件144可以相对于主惯性质量件142旋转,借此弹簧可以变形,从而导致从内燃机20传输来的扭转振动降低。
双质量飞轮140和分离式离合器130围绕曲轴22同心设置,从而减小混合驱动模块100的轴向长度。
在图3中,再次显示了发送机总成10。如图所示,混合驱动模块100封装在壳体170中。壳体170由内燃机20的发动机缸体26的端部区域24、连接至端部区域24并从发动机缸体26向外延伸的耳结构180以及封闭壳体170的箱体(参见图5)形成。耳结构180设置为提供用于电动机110和链条机构120的第一链轮122的空间,同时双质量飞轮140、分离式离合器130和第二链轮124的尺寸适于安装至端部区域24内的圆形区域中。
壳体170通过设置在耳结构180中的嵌入体200形成油箱190,优选延伸至端部区域24中的圆形区域中。油箱190设置为在操作过程中容纳油并且在操作过程中为链条126提供润滑。
油箱190的设置允许完全被动的润滑系统,意味着不需要外部的油泵或者油路来向混合驱动模块100的旋转部提供充分润滑。更具体地,在操作过程中,链条126将向第一链轮122的上端抛掷油,以使得油流入油箱190中。当油箱内的油位达到一定高度时,油箱190上的出口将允许油在链条126和第一链轮122相遇的位置处排出油箱190。通过这样的配置,链条126将通过自身的运动而获得润滑。
没有输送到油箱中的油量最终会下降到壳体170的底部。由于耳结构180设置于略高于端部区域26的圆形区域的最低点的垂直位置,油将最终到达第二链轮124、双质量飞轮140、链条126和分离式离合器旋转的圆形区域的最下方部位。因此,这些旋转部件124,126,130,140,尤其是双质量飞轮140的主惯性质量件142将获得油并围绕其周长推动油。可选择地,同样的油可以通过回路达到旋转部件以用于改善冷却和润滑。这种回路可以例如包括热交换器,以用于消除来自混合驱动模块100中各部件的余热。
最终,所述油再次流入到油箱190中。为此,油箱190的入口的尺寸设置为接收主要来自链条而非其它旋转部件130,140的油。
磁体216优选设置在油箱190的底部以吸引容纳于油中的任何金属颗粒。可选择地,可以将磁体216替换为过滤器或其它适当的部件或者与过滤器或其它适当的部件相结合,以在操作过程中清洁润滑液。
嵌入体200在图4中进一步显示出。嵌入体200包括通孔202,204以用于使嵌入体牢固地连接至耳结构190,从而使得嵌入体200形成壳体170的一部分。嵌入体200还包括切断部分206以用于接收并引导电动机110的旋转轴。切断部分206抵着耳结构180密封,以使得油箱190也围绕切断部分206延伸。
嵌入体200的外部部分,即与连接于发动机缸体26的耳结构180一侧相对的部分,形成轴向突出部210,该轴向突出部210具有与链条126的宽度大约相同的轴向长度。通过链轮122引导的链条126因此可以接近轴向突出部210的内周长。轴向突出部210包括限定油箱190的凹槽190’。在凹槽190’的上端,设置有通道以形成用于油箱190的油入口212。因此围绕第一链轮122设置并且位于第一链轮122的后方的油箱190具有纵向延伸以使得油能够在进入入口212后向下传递进入油箱190中。
在油箱190的一定高度,设置有油出口214。油出口214优选为位于嵌入体200的轴向突出部210的侧壁上的一个或者多个孔。只要油箱190内的油位高于油出口214,将允许油从油箱190内排出,并且与链条126在链条126与第一链轮122相遇的位置处相遇。涌到第一链轮122上的油量因此取决于流入的油以及油出口214的尺寸。
在另一实施方式中,在嵌入体200的邻近切断部分206的位置处设置有出口214’(也在图4中示出),以使得从出口214’排出的油击中链轮122的一个或者更多个齿。优选地,出口214’形成为如图4中所示出的轴向延伸圆锥形。
为改善润滑,可以提高从油箱190排出的油的流量。例如,油入口212可以设计为使得随着油以高速从链条126抛出,油箱190内的压力累积。油箱190内的这种正计量压力(positive gauge pressure)可以用于将油移动至混合驱动模块100的其它部分。
另一种增加从油箱190流出的油的方法是利用喷射器系统。在这种实施方式中,设置有附加油道。所述附加油道具有在操作过程中接收来自链条126的油的喷射器入口、连接所述油道下游的喷射器入口和油箱190的油路以及设置为将油分配返回至链条126的喷射器出口。优选地,在喷射器入口和喷射器出口之间设置收缩扩散喷管,以将油从油箱190抽吸到的链条126。
现在参见图5,显示出箱体220。箱体220形成用于壳体170的封装并且因此尺寸与整个壳体170适应,即发动机缸体26的端部区域24和耳结构180连接于所述箱体220。因此,箱体220的目的是为混合驱动模块100提供密封的封装。
在一种实施方式中,如上文中参见图1简略公开的,混合驱动模块100可以设置有使用单独的油泵160的附加润滑系统。对于这种实施方式,箱体220可以设置有能够从箱体220外部进入的一个或者多个油口222,224。因此,油口222,224从箱体220外部延伸至壳体170的内部。在所示出示例中,外部的泵连接至上部的油口222,以用于在链条126离开链轮122的位置处从链条126抽吸油。油泵还连接于下部的油口224,以用于在链条126与链轮122相遇的位置处将油传递至链条126。但是,在其它实施方式中,外部的泵连接至油箱190和/或壳体170的底部以抽吸油,借此通过一个或者多个油口222,224,油被泵送并传递至链条驱动机构120。为了实现此目的,优选地可以设置油口226,228。
上面所描述的实施方式都共享相同的技术概念:利用用于整个混合驱动模块100的被动润滑系统,所述混合驱动模块100使用链条驱动机构120和油箱190,借此润滑油可以在混合驱动模块100中循环。
在图6中显示了电动机110的一种实施方式。在该示例中,电动机110配置为不仅接收来自油箱190的油以用于电动机110的冷却和润滑,而且还作为与链条驱动机构120结合的泵,以用于混合驱动模块100的整个润滑系统。
具体地,电动机110的旋转轴112设置有轴向入口,以接收来自油箱190的油。位于旋转轴112内的通道113运输油直至其到达一个或者多个径向钻孔114,在所述径向钻孔114处,油排出并击打至旋转组件115上。优选地,所述通道可以设置有凹槽或者细槽,以改善通道113内的油的泵送效果。随着旋转组件旋转,将油从轴112中引出,并通过旋转组件115然后油投掷到端部线圈116。冷却油可以选择性地传递至用于电子部件的热交换器上从而获得热量。
旋转组件115的出口孔117与轴112的中心线之间径向间隔将产生抽吸油通过的泵送作用。然后,油可以排除返回至箱体220中以继续再循环。
与水冷电动机相比,油冷电机110将允许更高的连续性能。这是由于油冷却剂直接应用到电机的高温部分(即电子的铜端线圈)和转子组件上以冷却磁体。
需要提及的是,改善的概念决不限制于此处描述的实施方式,并且在不脱离附加权利要求的范围的情况下,多种修改都是可行的。

Claims (15)

1.一种混合驱动模块,该混合驱动模块包括壳体(170),所述壳体(170)由内燃机(20)的发动机缸体(26)的端部区域(24)、连接至所述端部区域(24)并从所述发动机缸体(26)向外延伸的耳结构(180)以及关闭和密封所述壳体(170)的箱体(220)形成,所述耳结构(180)设置于略高于所述端部区域(24)的圆形区域的最低点的垂直位置,其中所述壳体(170)包围链条驱动机构(120),该链条驱动机构(120)通过至少一个联轴器(130,140)连接电动机(110)与相关内燃机(20)的曲轴(22),其中,所述壳体(170)还包括油箱(190),所述油箱(190)由设置在所述耳结构(180)中的嵌入体(200)形成,并设置在所述链条驱动机构(120)的第一链轮(122)的周围和后面,所述第一链轮(122)由所述电动机(110)直接驱动,所述油箱(190)具有入口(212)和出口(214,214’),所述入口(212)配置为在操作过程中接收来自链条(126)的油,所述出口(214,214’)设置为将油分配返回至所述链条(126)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述出口(214,214’)配置为当所述油箱(190)内的油位达到所述出口(214)的垂直位置时,将油分配返回至所述链条(126)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述油箱的入口(212)设置在所述第一链轮(122)的上端。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述油箱的出口(214)垂直设置在所述油箱的入口(212)下方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述油箱的出口(214)设置在所述链条(126)与所述第一链轮(122)接合的垂直位置处。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合驱动模块,该混合驱动模块还包括附加油道,该附加油道具有在操作期间接收来自所述链条(126)的油的喷射器入口、连接所述喷射器入口下游的所述附加油道与所述油箱(190)的油路以及设置为将油分配返回至所述链条(126)的喷射器出口,以此所述附加油道形成用于将油从所述油箱(190)抽吸到所述链条(126)的喷射器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述附加油道还包括设置在所述喷射器入口和所述喷射器出口之间的收缩扩散喷管。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述油箱(190)设置有磁体(216)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述至少一个联轴器(130,140)包括双质量飞轮(140)和/或分离式离合器(130)。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合驱动模块,该混合驱动模块还包括布置为与所述链条驱动机构(120)的第二链轮(124)串联的启动离合器(150),所述第二链轮(124)与所述至少一个联轴器(130,140)直接连接。
11.根据权利要求10所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述箱体(220)设置有至少一个油口(222,224),所述油口(222,224)从所述箱体(220)的外侧延伸至所述箱体(220)的内侧。
12.根据权利要求11所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述油箱的入口(212)布置在所述第一链轮(122)的上端处,并且其中,所述箱体(220)的所述油口(222,224)延伸至所述链条(126)与所述第一链轮(122)接合的位置处。
13.根据权利要求12所述的混合驱动模块,该混合驱动模块还包括配置为将油供应至所述箱体(220)的油口(222,224)的油泵(160)。
14.一种发动机总成,该发动机总成包括内燃机(20)和根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的混合驱动模块,其中,所述壳体(170)由所述内燃机(20)的发动机缸体(26)的端部区域(24)和从所述端部区域(24)向外延伸的耳结构(180)形成。
15.一种混合驱动汽车,包括根据权利要求14所述的发动机总成(10)。
