Claims (15)
- 誘電層と、
前記誘電層の上面上に配置され、放射パターンを含む第1電極層と、
前記誘電層の底面上に配置される第2電極層と、
前記第1電極層および前記第2電極層を前記誘電層の側部に沿って互いに接続するフレキシブル回路基板とを含む、アンテナ素子。 - 前記第1電極層は、グランドパッドを含み、前記フレキシブル回路基板と前記グランドパッドが互いに接続される、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記第2電極層は、グランド層を含む、請求項2に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板は、

前記コア層の上面上に配置され、信号配線および上部グランド配線を含む上部配線と、
前記コア層の底面上に配置される下部配線と、
前記コア層を貫通して前記上部グランド配線および前記下部配線を接続するグランドコンタクトとを含む、請求項2に記載のアンテナ素子。 - 前記第1電極層の前記グランドパッドは、前記フレキシブル回路基板の前記上部グランド配線、前記グランドコンタクトおよび前記下部配線を介して前記第2電極層と電気的に接続される、請求項4に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板の前記下部配線は、下部グランド配線で提供される、請求項5に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記第1電極層は、信号パッドをさらに含み、
前記信号パッドは、前記フレキシブル回路基板の前記上部配線のうちの前記信号配線と電気的に接続される、請求項4に記載のアンテナ素子。 - 前記信号パッドは、一対の前記グランドパッドの間に配置される、請求項7に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板は、前記第1電極層と電気的に接続される第1フレキシブル回路基板と、前記第2電極層と電気的に接続される第2フレキシブル回路基板とを含む、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記第1フレキシブル回路基板と前記第2フレキシブル回路基板を互いに接続する導電性接続構造物をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板および前記第1電極層を互いに接続する第1導電性仲介層と、前記フレキシブル回路基板および前記第2電極層を互いに接続する第2導電性仲介層とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記第1電極層は、メッシュ構造を含む、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記放射パターンの周辺に配列されるダミーメッシュ層をさらに含む、請求項12にアンテナ素子。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ素子を含む、ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ディスプレイ装置は、表示領域および周辺領域を含み、
前記第1電極層の前記放射パターンの少なくとも一部は、前記表示領域内に配置され、
前記フレキシブル回路基板は、前記周辺領域を介して前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層を互いに接続する、請求項14に記載のディスプレイ装置。
