Claims (18)
- 誘電層と、
前記誘電層上に配置され、放射電極を含む上部電極層と、
前記誘電層上に配置される下部電極層と、
前記誘電層上で前記上部電極層及び前記下部電極層と一体に接続される屈曲接続部とを含む、アンテナ素子。 - 前記誘電層は、屈曲誘電部を含み、前記屈曲誘電部によりベンディングされて上部誘電層及び下部誘電層が定義される、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記上部電極層は、前記上部誘電層の上面上に配置され、前記下部電極層は、前記下部誘電層の底面上に配置される、請求項2に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記屈曲接続部は、前記屈曲誘電部の側面上に配置される、請求項2に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記上部誘電層および前記下部誘電層によって段差が生じる、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記段差上に配置されるセンサー構造物または光学フィルムをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記上部電極層は、グランドパッドをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記屈曲接続部は、前記グランドパッド及び前記下部電極層と一体に接続される、請求項7に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記屈曲接続部は、前記グランドパッドから分岐される複数の屈曲ラインを含む、請求項7に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記上部電極層は、前記放射電極から延長され、前記グランドパッドと隣接するように配置される伝送線路をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記上部電極層は、複数の放射電極と、前記複数の放射電極のそれぞれとカップリングされる複数のグランドパッドとを含み、
前記下部電極層は、前記複数のグランドパッドと複数の屈曲接続部により一体に接続される、請求項7に記載のアンテナ素子。 - 前記上部電極層、前記屈曲接続部および前記下部電極層は、同じ導電物質を含む、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記上部電極層、前記屈曲接続部および前記下部電極層は、銀(Ag)、金(Au)、銅(Cu)、アルミニウム(Al)、白金(Pt)、パラジウム(Pd)、クロム(Cr)、チタン(Ti)、タングステン(W)、ニオブ(Nb)、タンタル(Ta)、バナジウム(V)、鉄(Fe)、マンガン(Mn)、コバルト(Co)、ニッケル(Ni)、亜鉛(Zn)、スズ(Sn)、モリブデン(Mo)及びこれらの合金からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つを含む、請求項12に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記上部電極層および前記下部電極層は、互いに異なる導電物質を含む、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記放射電極は、メッシュ構造を含む、請求項1に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記下部電極層は、メッシュ構造を含む、請求項14に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 前記放射電極の周辺に配列されたダミーメッシュ層をさらに含む、請求項15に記載のアンテナ素子。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ素子を含む、ディスプレイ装置。
