Abstract
Description
共通の一般的な配向を有する繊維をカーディング(carding)し、ウェブを形成する工程と、
繊維を結合して不織布シート素材にする工程と、
不織布シート素材の一方の面に滑り止めコーティングを塗布する工程とを含み、
不織布シート素材の第二の面にポリマーを塗布する工程、および
工程全体にわたって繊維の配向を維持する工程
をさらに含むことを特徴とする方法を提案する。
Claims (15)
- 片面に不浸透層を、もう片面に滑り止めコーティングを有する不織布シート素材を製造する方法であって、
共通の一般的な配向を有する繊維をカーディングし、ウェブを形成する工程と、
前記繊維を結合して不織布シート素材にする工程と、
前記不織布シート素材の一方の面に滑り止めコーティングを塗布する工程と、
を含み、前記不織布シート素材の第二の面にポリマーを塗布する工程と、
工程全体にわたって前記繊維の配向を維持する工程と
をさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - カーディング繊維の少なくとも2枚のウェブが重ね合わされ、前記結合工程で一緒に結合される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記滑り止めコーティングが、ホットメルトコーティングによって塗布される、請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記もう片面へのポリマーの塗布が、高速で実施される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、高速ラミネートによって、または押出/溶融ポリマーの噴霧によって前記不織布シート素材上に塗布される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記不浸透性コーティングが、ホットメルト押出によって塗布される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記不浸透層上に1つ以上の追加の不織布シート素材を適用することをさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 追加のシート素材上に、1つ以上のポリマー層を塗布することをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記不浸透層上に、1つ以上のポリマー層を塗布することをさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 片面に不浸透層を、もう片面に滑り止めコーティングを有する不織布シート素材であって、前記不織布シート素材の繊維が、共通の一般的な配向を有することを特徴とする、不織布シート素材。
- 180g/m2以下の重量を有する、請求項10に記載の不織布シート素材。
- 繊維の、少なくとも1つのブレンドを含む、請求項10および11のいずれか一項に記載の不織布シート素材。
- 繊維の、少なくとも1つのブレンドが、厚さ2、4、6または15dnの結合繊維bico PET/CoPETを含むPET繊維100%のブレンド、生分解性繊維であるPLA繊維100%のブレンド、PET構造繊維と他のbico繊維とのブレンド、PETとビスコース繊維とのブレンド、またはPETとセルロース繊維とのブレンドを含む群から選択される、請求項12に記載の不織布シート素材。
- 前記不浸透層の上に、1つ以上の追加の不織布シート素材および/または1つ以上の追加のポリマー層を含む、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の不織布シート素材。
- 請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の不織布シート素材から作製された、表面を保護するための物品。
