Abstract
Description
本明細書は、ポリアミド界面重合用組成物およびそれを用いた水処理分離膜の製造方法に関する。
前記水処理分離膜において、不純物の除去率は、膜の性能を示す重要な指標として用いられる。
アミン化合物と、
1つ以上のアミノ基、および炭素原子に結合された2つ以上のヒドロキシ基を含有する鎖状構造の添加剤と、を含むポリアミド界面重合用組成物を提供する。
多孔性支持体を準備するステップと、
前記ポリアミド界面重合用組成物とアシルハライド化合物を界面重合することで、前記多孔性支持体上にポリアミド活性層を形成するステップと、を含む、水処理分離膜の製造方法を提供する。

多孔性支持体と、
前記多孔性支持体上に備えられ、下記化学式3または4で表される構造を含むポリアミド活性層と、を含む水処理分離膜を提供する。

前記多孔性支持体上に備えられ、下記化学式3または4で表される構造を含むポリアミド活性層と、を含む水処理分離膜を提供する。

<実施例:水処理分離膜の製造>
比較例1.
DMF(N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド)溶液に18wt%のポリスルホン固形分を入れ、80℃〜85℃で12時間以上溶かし、均一な液状を得た。この溶液を、ポリエステル製の厚さ95μm〜100μmの不織布上に、150μmの厚さでキャストした。その後、キャストされた不織布を水に入れ、気孔度が70%である多孔性ポリスルホン支持体を製造した。
前記比較例1において、ポリアミド界面重合用組成物に0.08wt%の2,5−ジアミノベンゼンスルホン酸(2,5−diaminobenzenesulfonic acid)を添加したこと以外は、前記比較例1と同様の過程で水処理分離膜を製造した。
前記比較例2において、2,5−ジアミノベンゼンスルホン酸の含量を0.24wt%に変更したこと以外は、前記比較例2と同様の過程で水処理分離膜を製造した。
前記比較例1において、ポリアミド界面重合用組成物に0.01wt%の4−アミノレゾルシノールヒドロクロリド(4−Aminoresorcinol hydrochloride)を添加したこと以外は、前記比較例1と同様の過程で水処理分離膜を製造した。
前記比較例4において、4−アミノレゾルシノールヒドロクロリドの含量を0.1wt%に変更したこと以外は、前記比較例4と同様の過程で水処理分離膜を製造した。
前記比較例1において、ポリアミド界面重合用組成物に0.1wt%のD−グルカミンを添加したこと以外は、前記比較例1と同様の過程で水処理分離膜を製造した。
前記比較例1において、ポリアミド界面重合用組成物に0.1wt%のトリス(ヒドロキシメチル)アミノメタンを添加したこと以外は、前記比較例1と同様の過程で水処理分離膜を製造した。
(1)アルコール除去率の評価
前記実施例および比較例により製造された水処理分離膜のIPA除去率および透過流量(GFD)を測定するために、平板型透過セル、高圧ポンプ、貯蔵槽、および冷却装置を含んで構成された水処理モジュールを利用した。前記平板型透過セルはクロス−フロー(cross−flow)方式であり、有効透過面積は28cm2であった。前記水処理分離膜を透過セルに設けた後、評価装備の安定化のために、三次蒸留水を用いて1時間程度十分に予備運転を実施した。
前記実施例および比較例により製造された水処理分離膜の塩除去率および透過流量(GFD)を測定するために、平板型透過セル、高圧ポンプ、貯蔵槽、および冷却装置を含んで構成された水処理モジュールを利用した。前記平板型透過セルはクロス−フロー(cross−flow)方式であり、有効透過面積は28cm2であった。前記水処理分離膜を透過セルに設けた後、評価装備の安定化のために、三次蒸留水を用いて1時間程度十分に予備運転を実施した。

Claims (10)
- アミン化合物と、
1つ以上のアミノ基、および炭素原子に結合された2つ以上のヒドロキシ基を含有する鎖状構造の添加剤と、を含む、ポリアミド界面重合用組成物。 - 前記X1〜X3はそれぞれヒドロキシ基である、請求項2に記載のポリアミド界面重合用組成物。
- 前記添加剤が、D−グルカミン(D−glucamine)およびトリス(ヒドロキシメチル)アミノメタン(Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane)から選択される1種以上である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のポリアミド界面重合用組成物。
- 前記添加剤の含量は、前記ポリアミド界面重合用組成物100wt%を基準として、0.01wt%〜1wt%である、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のポリアミド界面重合用組成物。
- 前記アミン化合物の含量は、前記ポリアミド界面重合用組成物100wt%を基準として、0.001wt%〜10wt%である、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のポリアミド界面重合用組成物。
- 多孔性支持体を準備するステップと、
請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のポリアミド界面重合用組成物とアシルハライド化合物を界面重合することで、前記多孔性支持体上にポリアミド活性層を形成するステップと、を含む、水処理分離膜の製造方法。 - 前記水処理分離膜の表面に、4L/minの流速で流れる100ppmのIPA(Isopropyl Alcohol)を含有する水溶液を、25℃で110psiの圧力で60分以上加えた場合に、IPA除去率が90%以上である、請求項8に記載の水処理分離膜。
- 請求項8または9に記載の水処理分離膜を1つ以上含む、水処理モジュール。
