第1実施例による電極組立体の側面の様子が示された図2aを参照すれば(ちなみに、図2aから2cでは、三つの正極が積層された構造を有するものと示されているが、三つ以上の正極が積層されることも可能である)、この実施例では、上から下に分離膜30/正極10'/分離膜30/負極20/分離膜30/正極10''/分離膜30/負極20/分離膜30/正極10'''が積層された構造を有する。
第2実施例による電極組立体の側面の様子が示された図2bを参照すれば、この実施例でも上から下まで分離膜30/正極10'/分離膜30/負極20/分離膜30/正極10''/分離膜30/負極20/分離膜30/正極10'''が積層された構造を有する。
第3実施例による電極組立体の側面の様子が示された図2cを参照すれば、この実施例でも上から下まで分離膜30/正極10'/分離膜30/負極20/分離膜30/正極10''/分離膜30/負極20/分離膜30/正極10'''が積層された構造を有する。
Claims (10)
- 正極、分離膜、負極が繰り返し積層された電極組立体であって、
前記電極組立体で少なくとも二つ以上が積層され、正極集電体の表面に正極活物質が塗布された構造を有する正極;を含み、
前記正極活物質は、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが含有され、且つ、何れか一つの正極に塗布された正極活物質のニッケル、コバルト、マンガンの組成比は、他の一つの正極に塗布された正極活物質のニッケル、コバルト、マンガンの組成比と異なる、電極組立体。 - 前記電極組立体の積層方向から相対的に外側に配置される正極は、相対的にマンガンを少なく含有し相対的にニッケルを多く含有する正極活物質が塗布され、前記電極組立体の積層方向から相対的に内側に配置される正極は、相対的にマンガンを多く含有し相対的にニッケルを少なく含有する正極活物質が塗布される、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体の積層方向から相対的に外側に配置される正極は、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが8:1:1の比率で含有された正極活物質が塗布され、前記電極組立体の積層方向から相対的に内側に配置される正極は、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが1:1:1の比率で含有された正極活物質が塗布されている、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体の積層方向から相対的に外側に配置される正極は、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが8:1:1の比率で含有された正極活物質が塗布され、前記電極組立体の積層方向から相対的に内側に配置される正極は、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが6:2:2の比率で含有された正極活物質が塗布されている、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体の積層方向から相対的に外側に配置される正極は、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが6:2:2の比率で含有された正極活物質が塗布され、前記電極組立体の積層方向から相対的に内側に配置される正極は、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが1:1:1の比率で含有された正極活物質が塗布されている、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体は、三つ以上の正極が積層され、且つ、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが1:1:1の比率で含有された正極活物質が塗布された正極と、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが6:2:2の比率で含有された正極活物質が塗布された正極と、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガンが8:1:1の比率で含有された正極活物質が塗布された正極とのそれぞれを一つ以上ずつ含む、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 相対的にマンガンを少なく含有し相対的にニッケルを多く含有する正極活物質が塗布された正極の正極タブと、相対的にマンガンを多く含有し相対的にニッケルを少なく含有する正極活物質が塗布された正極の正極タブとは、互いに分離して配置される、請求項2から6の何れか一項に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体で負極に形成された負極タブが一側辺に配置され、前記正極タブはその対向側辺に配置され、
相対的にマンガンを少なく含有し相対的にニッケルを多く含有する正極活物質が塗布された正極の正極タブと、相対的にマンガンを多く含有し相対的にニッケルを少なく含有する正極活物質が塗布された正極の正極タブとは、一定距離を置いて互いに離隔して配置される、請求項7に記載の電極組立体。 - 請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の電極組立体がケース内に内蔵されている二次電池。
- 請求項9に記載の複数の二次電池が電気的に連結されている二次電池モジュール。
