Abstract
Description
国際公開第2016/190855(A1)号(特許文献6)には、フレキシブル基板を有する物が記載されている。かような“フレキシブル”オブジェクトは、オブジェクトの通常使用下で、オブジェクトが弾性変形して永久/塑性変形なしでその元の形状に戻る十分な弾性を備えているオブジェクトを指す。かような物の用途は、構造部品の、例えば、ウェアラブルのような電子機器の一部の、必須部分である物であり得る。ウェアラブルは、発光ダイオード(LED)及び/又は有機発光ダイオード(OLED)光源並びにモノのインターネット(IoT)技術と組み合わせてフォトクロミック及び/又はサーモクロミック材料を含み得るフレキシブル“スマート”バンドを含むことができる。
独国特許出願公開第102013101530(A1)号(特許文献7)には、放射メイン面を備えた発光ダイオードチップを有する光電子半導体デバイスが記載されている。固定された発光ダイオードチップに対して、アパーチャは、発光ダイオードチップのメイン放射方向に沿って放射メイン面の下流に常に配置される。ダイアフラムは、コンポーネント筐体の上又は中に取り付けられる。放射メイン面は、少なくとも50pmの平均エッジ長さを有する。ダイアフラムは、不透明から半透明へ及びその逆に切り替えられ得る。ダイアフラムは、放射伝達のためのまさに1つの開口エリアを備える。ダイアフラムは、放射メイン面の上に連続的にかつコヒーレントに延在する。
Claims (15)
- 発光素子(16a〜16c)を備えた発光モジュールと、
発光側(20)で前記発光モジュールの上に配置された最上層(24)と
を有し、
前記発光素子(16a〜16c)は、互いに隣接して配置され、前記発光側(20)に向かって光を放つよう構成され、
前記発光モジュールは、前記発光素子(16a〜16c)の一部がスイッチオン状態に至らせられ得、一方、他の発光素子(16a〜16c)がスイッチオフ状態に至らせられ得るように、前記発光素子(16a〜16c)が互いから少なくとも部分的に独立してアドレッシング可能であるように構成され、
前記最上層(24)は、前記発光素子(16a〜16c)によって放たれる前記光に対する透過率の可逆変化が可能な切り替え材料を有し、
前記最上層(24)は、前記スイッチオフ状態にある発光素子(16a〜16c)の上にある前記最上層(24)の領域(28a〜28c)における透過率と比較して、前記スイッチオン状態にある発光素子(16a〜16c)の上にある前記最上層(24)の領域(28a〜28c)においてより高い透過率へ変化するよう構成される、
照明デバイス。 - 前記スイッチオン状態にある発光素子(16a〜16c)の上にある前記最上層(24)の領域(28a〜28c)は、半透明特性を有する、
請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記切り替え材料は、少なくとも1つのサーモクロミック材料を有する、
請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つのサーモクロミック材料は、前記発光素子(16a〜16c)の動作温度に対応する温度で透過率を変化させるよう構成される、
請求項3に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つのサーモクロミック材料は、少なくとも1つのロイコ染料及び/又は少なくとも1つの金属酸化物を有する、
請求項3又は4に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記切り替え材料は、少なくとも1つのエレクトロクロミック材料を有する、
請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つのエレクトロクロミック材料は、電圧が前記最上層(24)に印加される場合に、より高い透過率へ変化するよう構成され、あるいは、前記少なくとも1つエレクトロクロミック材料は、電圧が前記最上層(24)に印加される場合に、より低い透過率へ変化するよう構成される、
請求項6に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つのエレクトロクロミック材料は、金属酸化物、金属水酸化物、ビオロゲン、共役高分子、金属配位複合体、金属ヘキサシアノクロム酸、及び金属フタロシアニンを有するグループから選択された少なくとも1つを有する、
請求項6又は7に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記最上層(24)は、少なくとも30%だけ、特に少なくとも70%だけ、透過率を変化させるよう構成される、
請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記切り替え材料は、前記発光素子(16a〜16c)によって放たれる前記光に対する光散乱の可逆変化が可能であり、特に、多孔質シリカを有する、
請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記発光モジュールは、前記発光素子(16a〜16c)の間に配置された少なくとも1つの光遮蔽要素を更に有する、
請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - カメラフラッシュライト又は自動車照明として、特に自動車のヘッドライトとして構成される、
請求項1乃至11のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - 照明デバイス、特に、請求項1乃至12のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス(14)を製造する方法であって、
発光素子(16a〜16c)が発光側(20)に向かって光を放つように前記発光素子(16a〜16c)を互いに隣接して配置することによって発光モジュールを設けることであり、該発光モジュールは、前記発光素子(16a〜16c)の一部がスイッチオン状態に至らせられ得、一方、他の発光素子(16a〜16c)がスイッチオフ状態に至らせられ得るように、前記発光素子(16a〜16c)が互いから独立してアドレッシング可能であるように構成される、前記設けることと、
前記発光素子(16a〜16c)によって放たれる前記光に対する透過率の可逆変化が可能な切り替え材料を有する最上層(24)を設けることと、
前記発光側(20)で前記発光モジュールの上に前記最上層(24)を配置することと
を有し、
前記最上層(24)は、前記スイッチオフ状態にある発光素子(16a〜16c)の上にある前記最上層(24)の領域(28a〜28c)における透過率と比較して、前記スイッチオン状態にある発光素子(16a〜16c)の上にある前記最上層(24)の領域(28a〜28c)においてより高い透過率へ変化するよう構成される、
方法。 - 請求項1乃至12のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス(14)の作動方法であって、
前記発光素子(16a〜16c)の一部をスイッチオン状態に至らせ、他の発光素子(16a〜16c)をスイッチオフ状態に至らせることと、
前記スイッチオフ状態にある発光素子(16a〜16c)の上にある前記最上層(24)の領域(28a〜28c)における透過率と比較して、前記スイッチオン状態にある発光素子(16a〜16c)の上にある前記最上層(24)の領域(28a〜28c)においてより高い透過率へ前記最上層(24)を変化させることと
を有する方法。 - カメラフラッシュライト又は自動車照明として、特に自動車のヘッドライトとしての請求項1乃至12のうちいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス(14)の使用。
