- 揮発性物質拡散装置であって、
揮発性物質を収容するための容器(1)であって、密閉エリア(3)を画定する開口部(2)を含む容器(1)と、
前記開口部(2)に載置される多層構造(4)であって、前記揮発性物質が通過拡散される微孔膜(42)と初回使用の前に除去されるバリア層(41)とを包含する多層構造(4)と、
を包含し、
前記多層構造(4)が、前記密閉エリア(3)との接触状態にある密閉部分(44)も包含することを特徴とする、
揮発性物質拡散装置。 - 前記密閉部分(44)が高分子材料から製作される、請求項1に記載の揮発性物質拡散装置。
- 前記密閉部分(44)が熱硬化性樹脂または熱可塑性物質から製作される、請求項1または2に記載の揮発性物質拡散装置。
- 前記密閉部分(44)の前記材料が、前記微孔膜(42)の孔を密閉する密閉エリア(3)に対応するパターンで前記孔へ導入される、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の揮発性物質拡散装置。 - 前記密閉エリア(3)が、前記容器(1)の前記開口部(2)の周縁部にある周縁フランジである、請求項1に記載の揮発性物質拡散装置。
- 前記多層構造(4)が、前記バリア層(41)と前記膜(42)との間に載置されて初回使用の前に除去される分離層(43)も包含する、請求項1に記載の揮発性物質拡散装置。
- 前記バリア層(41)が金属またはプラスチックから製作される、請求項1に記載の揮発性物質拡散装置。
- 前記分離層(43)が紙またはプラスチックから製作される、請求項5に記載の揮発性物質拡散装置。
- 前記密閉部分(44)が前記密閉エリア(3)に溶着される、請求項1に記載の揮発性物質拡散装置。
