Abstract

明細書、図面、特許請求の範囲および要約を含む、2017年12月15日に出願のアメリカ合衆国優先権第出願62/599367号が、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
本出願は、一般に接触分解触媒に関連する。より具体的には、それは、そうでなければ触媒系に有害であるバナジウム種をトラップすることができる触媒に関する。
一態様では、本明細書で開示されるのは、希土類元素の有機酸塩とカルシウムおよび/またはマグネシウムの塩とに含浸させた、予め形成された微粒子を含む金属トラップである。
組成物を作製する方法に関して、活性ゼオライト成分は、2つの一般的な技術のうちの1つによって触媒の微粒子に組み込まれ得る。1つの技術では、ゼオライト成分は結晶化され、次いで別個のステップで微粒子に組み込まれる。第2の技術では、その場技術では、微粒子が最初に形成され、次にゼオライト成分が、微粒子自体の中で結晶化され、ゼオライト成分と非ゼオライト成分とのどちらも含有する微粒子を提供する。
上記のFCC触媒および/または金属トラップはいずれも、金属を含有する炭化水素装入原料の接触分解に使用することができる。典型的な原料は、重質軽油、または金属汚染物質が濃縮されている原油のより重い留分である。
炭酸ランタンをギ酸と水とに溶解し、か焼した微粒子上で噴霧乾燥して、微粒子上に10重量%のLa2O3をターゲットとした。次に、微粒子をオーブンで乾燥させ、活性触媒9部に対し1部の比率でブレンドした。表1の配合を参照すること。

サンプルの評価。活性分解触媒は、触媒試験用に粒径を調整し、1350°Fで2時間、100%の蒸気で事前蒸気処理した。活性触媒を、上記の実施例に記載したバナジウムトラップとブレンドし、次にナフテン酸バナジウムを使用して、3000ppmのバナジウムに(ミッチェル法を使用して)含浸させた。Vトラップを含まないバナジウム含浸サンプル(コントロール)、La系Vトラップ(実施例1)、La/Ca系Vトラップ(実施例2)、およびCe/Ca系Vトラップ(上記のように本技術による)。
Claims (30)
- 希土類元素の有機酸塩と、カルシウムおよび/またはマグネシウムの塩とを含む溶液に含浸させた、予め形成された微粒子を含む、金属トラップ。
- 前記予め形成された微粒子が、カオリナイト、モンモリロナイト、ベントナイト、アタパルジャイト、カオリン、非晶質カオリン、メタカオリン、ムライト、スピネル、含水カオリン、か焼含水カオリン、粘土、またはこれらの任意の2つ以上の混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の金属トラップ。
- 前記予め形成された微粒子が、か焼含水カオリンを含む、請求項2に記載の金属トラップ。
- 酸化物基準で少なくとも0.1重量%の前記希土類元素、および酸化物基準で少なくとも0.1重量%の前記カルシウムおよび/またはマグネシウムを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属トラップ。
- 酸化物基準で約1重量%〜約20重量%の前記希土類元素、および酸化物基準で約1重量%〜約6重量%の前記カルシウムおよび/またはマグネシウムを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の金属トラップ。
- 前記希土類元素が、ランタン、セリウム、イッテルビウム、ガドリニウム、イットリウム、ネオジム、またはこれらの任意の2つ以上の混合物である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の金属トラップ。
- 前記希土類元素が、ランタン、セリウム、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の金属トラップ。

- 前記予め形成された微粒子が、約40〜150ミクロンの粒径を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の金属トラップ。
- 前記予め形成された微粒子が、少なくとも約0.10cm3/グラムの細孔容積を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の金属トラップ。
- 流動接触分解(FCC)触媒組成物であって、
第1の微粒子を含むゼオライト成分と、
前記第1の微粒子とは別個の、予め形成された第2の微粒子を含み、希土類元素の有機酸塩とカルシウムおよび/またはマグネシウムの塩とに含浸させた非ゼオライト成分と、を含む、組成物。 - 前記予め形成された第2の微粒子が、カオリナイト、モンモリロナイト、ベントナイト、アタパルジャイト、カオリン、非晶質カオリン、メタカオリン、ムライト、スピネル、含水カオリン、か焼含水カオリン、粘土、またはこれらの任意の2つ以上の混合物を含む、請求項14に記載のFCC触媒組成物。
