Description
Claims (8)
- 運転者のモバイル装置とブルートゥースまたはWi−Fiを通じて情報を送受信できるように通信ネットワークを開設する段階;
前記運転者のモバイル装置から受信したブルートゥースまたはWi−Fi信号のRSS(Received Signal Strength)値が所定の基準値以上と測定される場合、前記運転者のモバイル装置の位置が所定の1次範囲内であると判断して、前記車両に装着された3個以上のスピーカーを通じて認知可能な2〜24000Hzの音波を送信する段階;
前記スピーカーから送信した音波が前記運転者のモバイル装置に到達した時間(time of arrival)を計算して、前記運転者のモバイル装置の3D位置を把握する段階;
前記運転者のモバイル装置の3D位置が所定の2次範囲内に接近した場合、前記運転者のモバイル装置からドアまたはトランクの開閉命令を含む任意の命令を受信する段階;および
前記ドアまたはトランクの開閉命令を含む任意の命令を遂行した後、前記運転者のモバイル装置が前記車両内の所定の区域に位置すると判断される場合、前記車両の始動を制御する段階;を含むことを特徴とする、モバイル装置を活用してRSA(Relay Station Attack)を防御する車両のスマート制御方法。 - 前記運転者のモバイル装置の3D位置を把握する段階は、
TDoA(Time Difference of Arrival)を利用して計算されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモバイル装置を活用してRSA(Relay Station Attack)を防御する車両のスマート制御方法。 - 前記車両に装着された3個以上のスピーカーは互いに異なる周波数の音波を送出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモバイル装置を活用してRSA(Relay Station Attack)を防御する車両のスマート制御方法。
- 前記スピーカーのそれぞれから放出される音波の周波数がブルートゥースまたはWi−Fiから受信された1次特定コードに応じてそれぞれ所定の範囲内で変動する段階;
前記1次特定コードに対応する2次特定コードを前記ブルートゥースまたはWi−Fiネットワークを通じて受信する段階;および
前記2次特定コードが前記1次特定コードから生成される3次特定コードと一致する場合に前記車両の制御が可能であるように、コード分割多重化(code division multiplexing)を利用することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のモバイル装置を活用してRSA(Relay Station Attack)を防御する車両のスマート制御方法。 - 前記所定の1次範囲は25mであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモバイル装置を活用してRSAを防御する車両のスマート制御方法。
- 前記所定の2次範囲は1mであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモバイル装置を活用してRSAを防御する車両のスマート制御方法。
- 前記車両のドアのキャッチャーが入力を受けないと前記車両のドアまたはトランクが開閉しないように設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモバイル装置を活用してRSAを防御する車両のスマート制御方法。
- 運転者のモバイル装置とブルートゥースまたはWi−Fiを通じて情報を送受信できるように通信ネットワークを開設してブルートゥースまたはWi−Fi信号を送受信する通信モジュール;
前記運転者のモバイル装置から受信したブルートゥースまたはWi−Fi信号のRSS(Received Signal Strength)値が所定の基準値以上と測定されたことを表す制御信号を受信すると、前記運転者のモバイル装置の位置が所定の1次範囲内であると判断して、認知可能な2〜24000Hzの音波を送信する前記車両の内部または外部に装着された3個以上のスピーカー;を含み、
前記通信モジュールが前記スピーカーから送信した音波が前記運転者のモバイル装置に到達した時間(time of arrival)を計算した前記運転者のモバイル装置の3D位置が所定の2次範囲内に接近したことを含むドアまたはトランクの開閉命令を前記運転者のモバイル装置から受信すると、前記ドアまたはトランクを開放した後、前記運転者のモバイル装置が前記車両内の所定の区域に位置すると判断される場合、前記車両の始動を制御する制御部を含むことを特徴とする、モバイル装置を活用してRSA(Relay Station Attack)を防御する車両のスマート制御装置。
