- 接続エレメント(10)であって、
前記接続エレメント(10)は、当該接続エレメント(10)の長手方向軸(10.1)を中心に回転したときに摩擦圧接により少なくとも2つの構成要素(12.1,12.2)を分離不能に接続し、
前記長手方向軸(10.1)に沿って形成された軸部(10.2〜10.4)と、
前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)に接続された頭部(10.5)と、
を備え、
前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)は、前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)の自由端に、少なくとも1つの構成要素(12.1)を貫通する軸部面(10.2)を有し、
前記頭部(10.5)は、前記長手方向軸(10.1)を中心としたトルクを回転工具から前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)にトルクを伝えるように前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)に接続されており、

−前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)は、前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)の前記自由端から延びる成形部分(10.3)と、前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)の前記頭部(10.5)から延びる保持部分(10.4)と、を有し、
−前記成形部分(10.3)は、断面において丸みを帯びた角部を有する多角形状の輪郭(10.31)を有し、
−前記成形部分(10.3)の前記多角形状の輪郭(10.31)は、少なくとも3つの角部を有し、
−前記保持部分(10.4)の直径は、前記成形部分(10.3)の最大直径よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の接続エレメント(10)。 - 成形部分(10.3)は、断面において、局所的に交互に直線形及び円弧状をなす輪郭(10.31)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接続エレメント(10)。
- 以下の特徴の少なくとも一つを有する接続エレメントであって、
−成形部分(10.3)の平坦面の断面は多角形状であり、1つの多角形は、好ましくは三角形又は四角形であり、
−前記成形部分(10.3)の外側面は、前記長手方向軸を中心として前記成形部分(10.3)の周方向に亘っており、
−前記成形部分(10.3)の外側面は三多角形であり、
−前記成形部分(10.3)の外側面は、i)半径方向の溝、切欠き又はくぼみを有するか、あるいは、ii)平滑な面である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の接続エレメント(10)。 - 以下の特徴の少なくとも一つを有する接続エレメントであって、
−保持部分(10.4)は、円筒形、略円筒形又は円錐形であり、特に、前記保持部分(10.4)の外側面は平滑であり、
−i)前記軸部面(10.2)と成形部分(10.3)との間の移行部分、及び/又は、ii)前記成形部分(10.3)と前記保持部分(10.4)との移行部分は円形である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の接続エレメント(10)。 - 以下の特徴の少なくとも一つを有する接続エレメントであって、
−前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)に面する前記頭部(10.5)の底部は、周方向溝(10.51)を有し、
−前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)の反対側に面する前記頭部(10.5)の上方側には、回転工具から前記頭部(10.5)にトルクを伝えるためのトルク連結部(10.52)が設けられており、
−前記トルク連結部(10.52)は、複数の半径方向の溝、凹部又は凸部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の接続エレメント(10)。 - 以下の特徴の少なくとも一つを有する接続エレメントであって、
−前記接続エレメント(10)は、鋼合金、好ましくは、ねじ焼戻し材、特に20MnB4から形成され、
−少なくとも前記軸部端面(10.21)は、電気亜鉛めっきされており、好ましくは亜鉛又は亜鉛ニッケル化合物を含む材料の層が少なくとも前記軸部端面(10.21)に電気化学的に適用され、
−成形部分(10.3)の長さは、前記軸部(10.2〜10.4)の長さより約2〜3倍小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の接続エレメント(10)。 - 前記軸部端面(10.21)を除いて、前記接続エレメント(10)は、電気めっきされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の接続エレメント(10)。
- −少なくとも2つの構成要素(12.1,12.2)と、
−請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載された少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(10)であって、摩擦圧接により前記構成要素(12.1,12.2)を分離不能に接続する少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(10)と、
を備える、複合配置。 - 以下の特徴の少なくとも一つを有する複合配置であって、
−前記構成要素(12.1,12.2)は金属製又は金属合金製であり、
−前記構成要素(12.1,12.2)のうち少なくとも1つの構成要素、特に前記接続エレメント(10)が貫通する少なくとも第1の構成要素(12.1)は、非鉄金属、好ましくは銅、アルミニウム又は真鍮を含む材料、及び/又は、前記接続エレメント(10)より低い材料硬度を有する材料から形成され、
−前記構成要素のうち第1の構成要素(12.2)として配設されない少なくとも1つの構成要素は鋼鉄製であり、
−前記構成要素(12.1,12.2)の総厚は、最大で前記接続エレメント(10)の保持部分の長さと等しい、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の複合配置。
