Claims (11)
- 頭部と軸部を備え、
前記頭部の上面は、
中央に形成され、下に凹んだ湾曲形状の凹み部と、
前記凹み部に連続的に接続され、前記凹み部から径方向の外側に向かって上昇しその後下降するように形成された、上に凸に湾曲する湾曲部と、を有し、
前記頭部の上面は、前記凹み部に対する高さが互いに異なる複数種類の前記湾曲部を有している、ボルト。 - 前記頭部は、前記軸部に対し軸応力を付加したときに、頭部の下面と軸部の外周面とが交わる交点と前記凹み部の中心とを結ぶ方向にせん断応力線ができるように形成されている、請求項1に記載のボルト。
- 頭部の下面と軸部の外周面とが交わる第1の交点と前記凹み部の中心とを結ぶ第1の線分が、前記第1の交点と頭部の下面を含む水平面と軸部の中心軸とが交わる第2の交点とを結ぶ第2の線分に対し略45度の角度を有する、請求項2に記載のボルト。
- 前記頭部の上面は、前記凹み部に対する高さが相対的に高い複数の第1の湾曲部と、前記凹み部に対する高さが相対的に低い複数の第2の湾曲部を有し、
前記第1の湾曲部と前記第2の湾曲部は、頭部の周方向に向けて交互に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のボルト。 - 前記第1の湾曲部は、隆起部を構成し、
前記第2の湾曲部は、溝部を構成する、請求項4に記載のボルト。 - 前記第1の湾曲部は、頭部の上面の中心側から外側に向かって、周方向の幅が次第に広くなり、その後次第に狭くなる形状を有する、請求項4又は5に記載のボルト。
- 互いに隣り合う前記第1の湾曲部と前記第2の湾曲部は、立ち上がり壁により接続されている、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載のボルト。
- 前記第1の湾曲部の外側端部は、前記頭部の外周縁よりも頭部の中心側に位置している、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載のボルト。
- 前記頭部の前記第1の湾曲部の外側には、前記第1の湾曲部よりも相対的に低い外側低部が形成され、
前記第1の湾曲部の外側端部と前記外側底部は、立ち上がり壁により接続されている、請求項8に記載のボルト。 - 前記第1の湾曲部の外側端部における頭部の厚みは、軸部の外径に対し35%以上60%以下である、請求項4〜9のいずれか一項に記載のボルト。
- 前記第2の湾曲部は、頭部の上面の中心側から外側に向かって、周方向の幅が次第に広くなる形状を有する、請求項4〜10のいずれか一項に記載のボルト。
