Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態にかかる検体処理装置10について、図1乃至図9を参照して説明する。なお、各図において適宜構成を拡大、縮小、省略して示している。図中矢印X,Y,Zは互いに直交する3方向をそれぞれ示す。一例として本実施形態において、矢印Xは搬送装置20の搬送方向に沿い、矢印Yはホルダ搬送装置60の搬送方向に沿い、矢印Zは上下方向に沿う。
3は検体処理装置10の搬入装置40の断面図である。
一方、例えば図7に示すように、径が小さい底部11a側が先頭側にある場合、検出時に傾斜センサ51が反時計回り(CCW方向)に傾斜し基準電圧より低い電圧を出力する。
Claims (6)
- 検体容器の外形に沿う姿勢に傾斜可能に設けられ、傾斜情報を検出する傾斜センサと、
前記傾斜情報から前記検体容器の姿勢情報を検出する情報処理部と、を備える、検出装置。 - 前記傾斜センサは、前記検体容器の外面に対向配置される検出面を有する傾動部材に設けられ、
前記傾動部材を傾斜可能に支持するとともに、前記検体容器の外面に対向する検出位置と、前記検体容器から退避した待機位置とで移動させる、移動装置を備える、請求項1に記載の検出装置。 - 前記検体容器は、軸方向における外径が異なり、
前記傾動部材はプレート状部材であり、
前記移動装置は、前記プレート状部材に接続される支持シャフトと、前記支持シャフトを往復移動させる駆動部と、前記支持シャフトの移動方向を、前記検体容器の周面から接離する方向に案内するガイドレールと、を備える、請求項2に記載の検出装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の検出装置と、
前記検体容器を横臥状態で前記傾斜センサの検出位置に供給する搬送装置と、
前記検体容器の姿勢情報に基づき、前記検体容器の向きを揃える仕分け装置と、を備える、検体処理装置。 - 前記情報処理部は、前記姿勢情報に基づいて、前記検体容器の底部が下に配されるように前記仕分け装置の動作を制御する制御部であり、
前記仕分け装置は、前記横臥状態の前記検体容器を挟持可能、かつ開放可能に構成された保持機構部と、前記保持機構部を回動して前記検体容器を起立させる回動機構部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の検体処理装置。 - 所定の搬送路に沿って横臥状態の検体容器を搬送し、
傾斜センサにより前記検体容器の外形に倣う検出状態の傾斜情報を検出し、
前記傾斜情報に基づき前記検体容器の姿勢情報を検出し、
横臥状態の前記検体容器を回動可能に構成された回動機構部により、前記検出された前記検体容器の姿勢情報に基づき前記検体容器の向きを揃える、ことを特徴とする検体処理方法。
