Claims (10)
- ロータの回転によりガスを吸気口から吸引する真空ポンプであって、
前記ロータを回転可能に収容するケーシングと、
前記ケーシングに配置された配管構造部と、を有し、
前記配管構造部の少なくとも一部は、弾性的な変形で変位を吸収できる弾性部を備えることを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 前記配管構造部の前記ケーシングからの突出方向は、前記ロータの半径方向の方向成分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記配管構造部の前記ケーシングからの突出方向は、前記ロータの軸方向の方向成分を有し、
前記配管構造部の軸中心は、前記ロータの軸中心から径方向にずれた位置に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記配管構造部は、ベローズ構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記弾性部は、弾性部材からなる弾性部品によって構成され、前記配管構造部に設けられる配管と前記ケーシングの間に挟まれて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記配管構造部は、排気口であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記配管構造部は、パージポートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 外部配管と接続するために真空ポンプのケーシングに配置可能な、真空ポンプの配管構造部であって、少なくとも一部は弾性的な変形で変位を吸収できる弾性部を備えることを特徴とする真空ポンプの配管構造部。
- 前記配管構造部は、ベローズ構造を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の真空ポンプの配管構造部。
- 前記配管構造部は、配管と、前記配管の流路方向の一端側に配置可能な弾性部材からなる弾性部品と、を有することを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の真空ポンプの配管構造部。
