Abstract
【解決手段】車両の制御装置は、エンジンの出力を増大させて排気処理装置に流入する排気の温度を上昇させる。制御装置は、車両の走行に用いられる、エンジンの出力の目標値である第1目標値を運転者のアクセル操作に基づいて算出する第1目標値算出部と、エンジンの出力の目標値であって第1目標値よりも大きい値である第2目標値を昇温制御の実行時に算出する第2目標値算出部とを備える。制御装置は、エンジンの出力の上限値をエンジンの運転状態に基づいて算出する上限値算出部と、昇温制御を実行する場合であって第2目標値が上限値よりも大きいときに、モータジェネレータが発電する電力を制限する制限処理を実行する制限処理実行部と、を備える。

Description
図1に示すように、車両100は、火花点火式のエンジン10を備えている。車両100は、電動機及び発電機の双方の機能を兼ね備える2つのモータジェネレータである、第1モータジェネレータ71及び第2モータジェネレータ72を備えている。したがって、車両100は、いわゆるハイブリッド車両である。
第1遊星ギア機構40は、サンギア41、リングギア42、複数のピニオンギア43、及びキャリア44を備えている。サンギア41は、外歯歯車である。サンギア41は、第1モータジェネレータ71に接続されている。リングギア42は、内歯歯車であり、サンギア41と同軸上に配置されている。ピニオンギア43は、サンギア41とリングギア42との間に複数配置されている。各ピニオンギア43は、サンギア41及びリングギア42の双方に噛み合っている。キャリア44は、自転及び公転が自在な状態でピニオンギア43を支持している。キャリア44は、クランクシャフト12に接続されている。
第1回転速度センサ91は、第1モータジェネレータ71のロータの単位時間当たりの回転数である第1回転速度NM1を検出する。第2回転速度センサ92は、第2モータジェネレータ72のロータの単位時間当たりの回転数である第2回転速度NM2を検出する。スタートスイッチ93は、車両100のシステムの動作を開始又は動作を終了するためのスイッチである。スタートスイッチ93は、運転者が操作するスタートスイッチ93の操作を示すスイッチ操作SWを検出する。レバーポジションセンサ94は、運転者が操作するシフトレバー96の操作位置であるレバー位置LPを検出する。
式(1):充電率SOC[%]=バッテリの残容量[Ah]/バッテリの満充電容量[Ah]×100[%]
バッテリ75の充電率SOCが充電率上限値SOCHと充電率下限値SOCLとの間の範囲の値になるように、バッテリ75の充電制御が実行される。充電率上限値SOCHとしては、例えば60%である。また、充電率下限値SOCLとしては、例えば30%である。
第1目標値算出部211は、エンジン10の出力の目標値である第1目標値Aを算出する。第1目標値Aの算出にあたっては、先ず、第1目標値算出部211は、アクセル操作量ACP及び車速SPに基づいて、車両100が走行するために必要な要求値である車両要求出力を算出する。なお、車両100が走行するために必要な要求値とは、車両100が走行するために必要な、エンジン10、第1モータジェネレータ71、及び第2モータジェネレータ72によって構成されるハイブリッドシステムの出力の要求値である。また、第1目標値算出部211は、アクセル操作量ACP及び車速SPに基づいて、変速機構Zの変速段を選択する。第1目標値算出部211は、車両要求出力、変速機構Zの変速段、及び充電率SOCに基づいて、エンジン10、第1モータジェネレータ71、及び第2モータジェネレータ72の出力配分を決定する。第1目標値算出部211は、エンジン10の出力配分を、第1目標値Aとして用いる。ここで、第1目標値Aは、車両100の走行に用いられる出力の目標値に、補機66を駆動するための補機用駆動力の目標値、及び空調装置67を駆動するための空調用駆動力の目標値を加算した値である。車両100の走行に用いられる出力の目標値とは、エンジン10のクランクシャフト12から駆動輪64へと伝達される駆動力の目標値である。なお、第1目標値算出部211は、上記の第1モータジェネレータ71及び第2モータジェネレータ72の出力配分に基づいて、第1モータジェネレータ71の出力の目標値及び第2モータジェネレータ72の出力の目標値を算出する。
ハイブリッドECU210は、フィルタ28の昇温制御を実行しない場合、第1目標値Aに基づいてエンジン10の出力を制御する。一方、ハイブリッドECU210は、フィルタ28の昇温制御を実行する場合、第2目標値Bに基づいてエンジン10の出力を制御する。ハイブリッドECU210は、第1モータジェネレータ71の出力の目標値、及び第2モータジェネレータ72の出力の目標値に基づいて、第1モータジェネレータ71及び第2モータジェネレータ72の力行/回生を制御する。なお、ハイブリッドECU210は、エンジンECU220を通じてエンジン10を制御する。また、ハイブリッドECU210は、モータECU230を通じて第1モータジェネレータ71及び第2モータジェネレータ72を制御する。さらに、ハイブリッドECU210は、自動変速機61を変速するための信号である変速信号X1を自動変速機61に出力することにより自動変速機61を制御する。
フィルタ28の昇温制御を実行する場合にあって第2目標値Bが上限値Cよりも大きい場合、図5に示すように、エンジン10の出力のうち、第1モータジェネレータ71の発電に用いられる発電用の出力が、上限値Cから第1目標値Aを減算した減算値に相当する出力Dと等しくなるように、第1モータジェネレータ71が発電する電力を制限する。これにより、上限値Cから第1目標値Aを減算した減算値に相当する出力Dを上回る出力を用いて第1モータジェネレータ71の発電を実行する場合に比べて、車両100の走行に実際に用いることのできるエンジン10の出力が大きくなる。
フィルタ28の昇温制御を実行する場合に、実際に車両100の走行に用いることができる出力が、運転者が要求する車両要求出力よりも小さくなることを抑制できる。
(1)車両100では、フィルタ28の昇温制御の実行が開始されると、エンジン10の出力が増加し、第1モータジェネレータ71が発電する電力も増加する。ここで、第1モータジェネレータ71が発電する電力は、エンジン10の出力よりも高い速度で増加させることができる。そのため、昇温制御を実行する場合に、車両100の走行に用いることのできる出力が、第1モータジェネレータ71が発電する電力の増加に伴って、運転者が要求する車両要求出力よりも一時的に小さくなることがある。
・上記実施形態において、制限処理実行部214が用いる規定値は変更できる。例えば、エンジン10の出力が単位時間当たりに変化する変化量は、エンジン10の運転状態によって変化する。したがって、制限処理実行部214が用いる規定値は、エンジン10の運転状態によって変更される値であってもよい。

Claims (7)
- 駆動源としてのエンジンと、駆動源としてのモータジェネレータと、前記エンジンの出力を用いて前記モータジェネレータが発電した電力を蓄えるバッテリと、前記エンジンの排気通路に設けられた排気処理装置とを備える車両において、
前記エンジンの出力を増大させて前記排気処理装置に流入する排気の温度を上昇させる昇温制御を実行する車両の制御装置であって、
車両の走行に用いられる、前記エンジンの出力の目標値である第1目標値を運転者のアクセル操作に基づいて算出する第1目標値算出部と、
前記エンジンの出力の目標値であって前記第1目標値よりも大きい値である第2目標値を前記昇温制御の実行時に算出する第2目標値算出部と、
前記エンジンの出力の上限値を前記エンジンの運転状態に基づいて算出する上限値算出部と、
前記昇温制御を実行する場合であって前記第2目標値が前記上限値よりも大きいときに、前記エンジンの出力のうち前記モータジェネレータの発電に用いられる発電用の出力が、前記上限値から前記第1目標値を減算した減算値に相当する出力を上回らないように、前記モータジェネレータが発電する電力を制限する制限処理を実行する制限処理実行部と、を備える
車両の制御装置。 - 前記制限処理実行部は、前記制限処理を実行する場合に、前記モータジェネレータが発電する電力の単位時間当たりの変化量を予め定められた規定値以下にする
請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記昇温制御を実行する場合であって前記第2目標値が前記上限値よりも大きいときに、前記上限値を増大させる増大処理を実行する増大処理実行部を備える
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記エンジンの回転速度に対する駆動輪の回転速度の比である変速比を変更する変速機構を前記エンジンから駆動輪までの動力伝達経路上に備え、
前記増大処理は、前記変速機構の変速比を上昇させる変速比変更処理である
請求項3に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記変速機構は、前記変速比を段階的に変更可能な変速機構であり、
前記変速比変更処理は、前記変速機構の変速段を低速段側に変更する処理である
請求項4に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記増大処理は、前記エンジンの気筒内の空燃比をリッチ側の空燃比に変更する処理である
請求項3に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1目標値算出部は、
前記車両の走行に用いられる出力に、補機を駆動するための補機用駆動力及び空調装置を駆動するための空調用駆動力の少なくとも一方を加算した値を前記第1目標値として算出する
請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。
