図8(A)は、変形例1に係るカッターホルダ130の斜視図である。図8(B)は、第1清掃部材を模式的に示す図である。図8(C)は、第2清掃部材を模式的に示す図である。なお、図8(A)には退避位置にあるカッターホルダ130を図示している。実施の形態では、カッターホルダ130が退避位置にある状態で、切断刃142よりも連続体Waから遠い側のみに清掃部材144が設けられている。一方、本変形例では、カッターホルダ130のスライド方向Bで切断刃142を挟むように清掃部材144が設けられる。
切断装置100は、連続体Waをドラムの円周方向に搬送するロールタイプに限定されず、例えば水平方向等に搬送するステージタイプであってもよい。
Claims (5)
- 電極板またはセパレータの連続体に対して進退し、前記連続体を切断する切断刃と、
前記切断刃とともに進退し、前記連続体の切断部に接触して清掃する清掃部材と、を備える、
切断装置。 - 前記清掃部材は、前記切断刃の進退方向から見て前記連続体を挟むように配置される、
請求項1に記載の切断装置。 - 前記清掃部材は、前記切断刃が前記連続体から退避した位置にあるとき、前記切断刃よりも前記連続体から遠い側に配置される第1清掃部材と、前記切断刃よりも前記連続体に近い側に配置される第2清掃部材と、を含む、
請求項1または2に記載の切断装置。 - 前記連続体の延在方向における前記第2清掃部材の寸法は、前記延在方向における前記第1清掃部材の寸法よりも大きい、
請求項3に記載の切断装置。 - 前記清掃部材は、複数の毛を束ねたブラシである、
