Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態によるテープの一部を示す斜視図である。図1に示す通り、本実施形態のテープ1は、ベースフィルム10(主基材)とサブフィルム20(開き防止部、副基材)とを備えており、ベースフィルム10とサブフィルム20とがヒートシール剤30によって貼り合わされた可撓性を有する長尺状のテープである。
図5は、本発明の第2実施形態によるテープの一部を示す斜視図である。尚、図5においては、図1に示す構成と同じ構成については同一の符号を付してある。図5に示す通り、本実施形態のテープ2は、第1実施形態のテープ1と同様に、ベースフィルム10とサブフィルム20とを備え、可撓性を有する長尺状のテープである。但し、本実施形態のテープ2は、ベースフィルム10とサブフィルム20とが、接着剤31によって貼り合わされている点が第1実施形態のテープ1とは異なる。
図6は、本発明の第3実施形態によるテープの一部を示す斜視図である。尚、図6においては、図1に示す構成と同じ構成については同一の符号を付してある。図6に示す通り、本実施形態のテープ3は、ベースフィルム10と樹脂コート40(開き防止部、樹脂)とを備え、可撓性を有する長尺状のテープである。つまり、本実施形態のテープ3は、図1に示すサブフィルム20及びヒートシール剤30に代えて、樹脂コート40を備えた構成である。
図7は、本発明の第4実施形態によるテープを示す図である。尚、図7(a)は、テープの一部を示す斜視図であり、図7(b)は、図7(a)中のA−A線に沿う断面矢視図である。図7においては、図1に示す構成と同じ構成については同一の符号を付してある。図7に示す通り、本実施形態のテープ4は、ベースフィルム10を備え、可撓性を有する長尺状のテープである。つまり、本実施形態のテープ4は、図1に示すサブフィルム20及びヒートシール剤30を省略した構成である。

Claims (5)
- 長尺状のテープであって、
長手方向に沿って一定間隔をあけて断続的に切り込みが設けられることにより形成され、切り込みが形成されていない部位が互いに重ならないように千鳥状に配置されている複数の切り込み線を有する強度低減部と、
前記テープの少なくとも一方の面に設けられ、前記切り込みの開きを防止する開き防止部と、
を備えるテープ。 - 前記強度低減部が形成された主基材を備えており、
前記開き防止部は、前記主基材の一方の面に貼り合わされた副基材を備える、
請求項1記載のテープ。 - 前記主基材と前記副基材とは、ヒートシール剤又は接着剤によって貼り合わされている、請求項2記載のテープ。
- 前記強度低減部が形成された主基材を備えており、
前記開き防止部は、前記主基材の少なくとも一方の面に塗布された樹脂を備える、
請求項1記載のテープ。 - 前記強度低減部が形成された主基材を備えており、
前記開き防止部は、前記主基材の少なくとも一方の面側において前記切り込みが溶着された部位である、
