Abstract
Description
図1は、一実施形態に係る非接触給電システム1の構成例について説明する為の説明図である。
図2は、カート型商品登録装置2の構成例について説明する為の説明図である。
カート型商品登録装置2は、例えば、店舗などにおいて利用者がカゴ(収容部)に投入する商品を登録し、登録情報を会計に用いる装置である。カート型商品登録装置2は、カート本体11、商品リーダ12、商品登録装置13、二次電池14、及び受電装置15を備える。
図3は、カート給電装置3の構成例について説明する為の説明図である。
カート給電装置3は、カート型商品登録装置2に対して電力をワイヤレスで供給する。カート給電装置3は、給電ベース41、ガイド溝42、ストッパ43、給電面44、給電コイル45、LEDモジュール46、及び給電制御回路47を備える。なお、カート給電装置3は、例えば、給電コイル45、LEDモジュール46、及び給電制御回路47を複数備えていてもよい。図3の例では、カート給電装置3は、例えば、給電コイル45、LEDモジュール46、及び給電制御回路47の組合せを4つ備えている。なお、複数の給電コイル45、LEDモジュール46、及び給電制御回路47は、それぞれ同様の構成である為、1つを代表して説明する。
図4は、給電制御回路47の構成例について説明する為の説明図である。図4に示されるように、給電コイル45と共振コンデンサCとの直列接続と、半導体スイッチ56とは、給電共振回路51を構成している。即ち、給電共振回路51は、給電コイル45及び共振コンデンサCの直列接続と、半導体スイッチ56とを備える。LEDモジュール46は、給電共振回路51毎に設けられる。また、給電制御回路47は、給電共振回路51毎に設けられる。
制御回路60は、待機モードで給電制御回路47を動作させる(ACT11)。
Claims (5)
- カートに搭載された二次電池を充電する受電装置の受電コイルと電磁結合する給電コイルを有する給電共振回路と、
報知用素子と、
前記給電共振回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路と、
前記給電共振回路に交流電流を供給し、前記電流検出回路の検出結果が予め設定された給電実行閾値未満である場合、第1の動作モードで前記報知用素子を動作させ、前記電流検出回路の検出結果が前記給電実行閾値以上である場合、第1の動作モードとは異なる第2のモードで前記報知用素子を動作させ、前記給電共振回路により前記受電装置への給電を行う給電制御回路と、
を具備するカート給電装置。 - 前記給電制御回路は、
前記電流検出回路の検出結果が前記給電実行閾値よりも低い確認給電閾値以上である場合、確認給電を行い、
前記確認給電中に前記給電実行閾値以上の電流が前記電流検出回路により検出された場合、前記第2のモードで前記報知用素子を動作させる請求項1に記載のカート給電装置。 - 前記給電制御回路は、
前記確認給電中に、前記電流検出回路により、前記給電実行閾値以上の電流が予め設定されたカウンタ閾値以上の回数連続して検出された場合、前記第2のモードで前記報知用素子を動作させる請求項2に記載のカート給電装置。 - 前記給電制御回路は、
第1の電圧の直流電力を用いて前記給電共振回路に交流電流を供給し、
前記電流検出回路の検出結果が前記確認給電閾値以上である場合、前記第1の電圧よりも大きい第2の電圧の直流電力を用いて前記給電共振回路に交流電流を供給する前記確認給電を行い、
前記確認給電中に、前記電流検出回路により、前記給電実行閾値以上の電流が予め設定されたカウンタ閾値以上の回数連続して検出された場合、前記第2の電圧の直流電力を用いた前記給電共振回路への交流電流の供給を継続する請求項3に記載のカート給電装置。 - 前記給電コイル及び前記報知用素子が配置される給電面を備える給電ベースをさらに具備し、
前記報知用素子は、前記給電面の前記給電コイルを囲う複数の発光素子を備える請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のカート給電装置。
