Claims (4)
- スクラップ材料を溶解させる電気炉と、電気炉内において発生した排ガス中に含まれる未燃成分を燃焼させる燃焼手段と、未燃成分を燃焼させた後の排ガスに含まれるダストを除去する集塵装置と、蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱室が2室以上設けられ、前記の集塵装置から導かれた排ガスを蓄熱材が加熱された状態にある蓄熱室を通して加熱させた状態で燃焼部に導いて燃焼させ、排ガス中に含まれる有害成分を分解させる一方、燃焼部において燃焼させた排ガスの熱を他の蓄熱室内に収容された蓄熱材に蓄熱させるようにして、他の蓄熱室を通して排ガスを排出させる蓄熱式ガス処理装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする電気炉の排ガス処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載の電気炉の排ガス処理装置において、未燃成分を燃焼させた後の排ガスを前記の集塵装置に導く前の位置に、集塵装置に導かれる前記の排ガスを冷却させる冷却装置を設けたことを特徴とする電気炉の排ガス処理装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気炉の排ガス処理装置において、電気炉内において発生した排ガス中に含まれる未燃成分を燃焼させる燃焼手段として、電気炉から排ガス案内管を通して導かれた排ガスを燃焼させる燃焼装置を設けたことを特徴とする電気炉の排ガス処理装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気炉の排ガス処理装置において、電気炉内において発生した排ガス中に含まれる未燃成分を燃焼させる燃焼手段として、電気炉から排ガス案内管に導かれる排ガスに含まれる未燃成分濃度を計測する未燃成分濃度センサーと、前記の電気炉内に少なくとも酸素ガスを供給して電気炉内における排ガス中に含まれる未燃成分を燃焼させる内部燃焼装置とを設け、前記の未燃成分濃度センサーによって計測された未燃成分ガスの濃度に基づいて、前記の内部燃焼装置に供給する酸素ガスの量を制御することを特徴とする電気炉の排ガス処理装置。
