Abstract
Description
400〜700nmの波長帯の可視光透過率が80〜95%であり、800〜1,500nmの波長帯の近赤外線透過率が10〜70%で、
粘着樹脂及び近赤外線遮断剤を含む粘着フィルムを提供する。
前記粘着フィルムを含む積層フィルムを提供する。
(熱硬化性粘着剤組成物の製造)
粘着樹脂(AR)、1種以上の近赤外線遮断剤(NIR−A)及び硬化剤(PI)を混合して、熱硬化性粘着剤組成物を製造した。各成分の種類及び含量を整理して下記の表1に示した。
−NIR−A1(CWO):住友金属鉱山、YMF−02A(固形分28.5%、CWO含量18.5%)
−NIR−A2(WO3):NST、N2B9(固形分23%、WO3含量15%)
−NIR−A3(有機近赤外線吸収染料):American dye source、NIR949C
−PI(熱硬化剤):burimケミカル、45S
上記実施例1〜8及び比較例1〜6で製造された各々の熱硬化性粘着剤組成物をポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)フィルムに25μm厚さに塗布した後、120℃で5分間の熱加熱及び60℃で3日間の熟成過程を経て硬化して粘着フィルムを製造した。
上記実施例1〜8及び比較例1〜6で製造された各々の粘着フィルムの接着力、可視光透過率及び近赤外線透過率を下記のような方法により評価して、その結果を下記の表2に示した。
前記各粘着フィルムを、Non Alkali Glassに2kgハンドローラーを利用して付着した。付着後、24時間常温放置した後、分当たり300mmの速度で180゜に剥離して粘着力を測定した。
UV−Vis−NIRスペクトロメータ(Jasco、V670)を利用して、400〜1,500nmの波長帯で各波長別透過率を測定した。また、実施例2及び5でそれぞれ製造された粘着体層に対する各波長別光透過率の測定結果を図3にグラフで示した。
UV−Vis−NIRスペクトロメータ(Jasco、V670)を利用して、400〜700nmの波長帯で各波長別透過率を測定した後、これらの平均値を可視光透過率と記録した。
UV−Vis−NIRスペクトロメータ(Jasco、V670)を利用して、800〜1,500nmのうち特定の波長帯で各波長別透過率を測定した後、これらの平均値を求めて近赤外線透過率(%)と記録し、この近赤外線透過率(%)を100(%)から差し引きして得た値を近赤外線透過率と記録した。

Claims (16)
- 400〜700nmの波長帯の可視光透過率が80〜95%であり、800〜1,500nmの波長帯の近赤外線透過率が10〜70%で、
粘着樹脂及び近赤外線遮断剤を含む粘着フィルム。 - 1,000nm超及び1,500nm未満の波長帯の近赤外線透過率が5〜69%である、
請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 800〜1,000nmの波長帯の近赤外線透過率が15〜75%である、
請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記粘着樹脂は、ウレタン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、
請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記近赤外線遮断剤の平均粒径は、10〜100nmである、
請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記近赤外線遮断剤は、前記粘着樹脂100重量部に対して、タングステン酸化物0.5〜8重量部を含む、
請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記タングステン酸化物は、CWO(セシウムドープされたWO3)、WO3、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、
請求項6に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記近赤外線遮断剤は、前記粘着樹脂100重量部に対して、有機近赤外線遮断添加剤及び無機近赤外線遮断添加剤からなる群から選択される近赤外線遮断添加剤0.1〜0.5重量部をさらに含む、
請求項6に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 請求項1〜請求項8のうちいずれか一項による粘着フィルムを含む積層フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルム、及びこれの一面及び他面に一つずつ配置された一対の離型フィルムを含む、
請求項9に記載の積層フィルム。 - 前記離型フィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、トリアセチルセルロース(TAC)、シクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエーテルスルホン(PES)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、アクリル、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、
請求項10に記載の積層フィルム。 - 前記粘着フィルムと前記離型フィルム間の剥離力は、1〜20gf/inchである、
請求項10に記載の積層フィルム。 - 前記粘着フィルム、及びこれの一面及び他面にそれぞれ一つずつ配置された離型フィルム、及び透明基材フィルムとを含む、
請求項9に記載の積層フィルム。 - 前記透明基材フィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、トリアセチルセルロース(TAC)、シクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエーテルスルホン(PES)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、アクリル、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、
請求項13に記載の積層フィルム。 - 前記透明基材フィルムは、アンチフォグ(Anti−Fog)コーティングを含む、
