Abstract
Description
すなわち、本開示に係る3次元造形用支持装置は、設置面を有し、前記設置面の形状を自在に変更することが可能な構成を有する可変テーブルと、前記可変テーブルを駆動し、前記設置面の形状を変更させる駆動部と、造形目標である造形物の形状に関する形状データを取得し、取得された前記形状データに基づいて、前記設置面の形状が前記造形物の表面形状に応じた形状となるように前記駆動部を制御する制御部とを備える。
本開示に係る3次元造形用支持装置(1)は、設置面(10)を有し、前記設置面の形状を自在に変更することが可能な構成を有する可変テーブル(2)と、前記可変テーブルを駆動し、前記設置面の形状を変更させる駆動部(3)と、造形目標である造形物の形状に関する形状データを取得し、取得された前記形状データに基づいて、前記設置面の形状が前記造形物の表面形状に応じた形状となるように前記駆動部を制御する制御部(4)とを備える。

Claims (8)
- 設置面を有し、前記設置面の形状を自在に変更することが可能な構成を有する可変テーブルと、
前記可変テーブルを駆動し、前記設置面の形状を変更させる駆動部と、
造形目標である造形物の形状に関する形状データを取得し、取得された前記形状データに基づいて、前記設置面の形状が前記造形物の表面形状に応じた形状となるように前記駆動部を制御する制御部と、
を備える3次元造形用支持装置。 - 前記設置面の形状を測定する測定部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記測定部によって測定された前記設置面の形状と、取得された前記形状データに基づいて、前記駆動部を制御する請求項1に記載の3次元造形用支持装置。 - 前記可変テーブルは、
支持台と、
それぞれ前記支持台に設けられた棒状部材であり、軸方向が垂直方向に延設され、かつ、前記軸方向に沿って伸縮可能な構成を有する複数の支持部と、
膜状部材であり、前記複数の支持部の先端に設置され、前記設置面を構成する面部と、
を備える請求項1又は2に記載の3次元造形用支持装置。 - 前記面部は、伸縮性を有する請求項3に記載の3次元造形用支持装置。
- 前記面部は、耐熱性を有する材料から構成される請求項3又は4に記載の3次元造形用支持装置。
- 隣り合う前記支持部の間隔は、前記設置面が形成する目標形状と、形成される前記造形物の形状において許容される誤差量に基づいて決定されている請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載の3次元造形用支持装置。
- 前記支持部の配置位置は、基本単位を構成する前記支持部の数と、1本の前記支持部が寄与する前記基本単位の数とによって決定されている請求項3から6のいずれか1項に記載の3次元造形用支持装置。
- 設置面を有し、前記設置面の形状を自在に変更することが可能な構成を有する可変テーブルを駆動するステップと、
造形目標である造形物の形状に関する形状データに基づいて、前記設置面の形状が前記造形物の表面形状に応じた形状となるように前記設置面の形状を変更させるステップと、
前記設置面の形状が変更された前記可変テーブル上に、3次元造形物を形成するための材料を積層するステップと、
を備える3次元造形物の製造方法。
