Claims (6)
- 固定盤に対して摺動盤が摺動する溶融金属排出装置の摺動盤において、
前記摺動盤は、前記固定盤の溶融金属の流出孔に連通可能な流出孔と、前記固定盤の前記流出孔に連通可能であり、溶融金属にガスを吹き込むガス供給孔と、を有し、
前記ガス供給孔は、溶融金属の凝固によって詰まった初期供給孔の位置又は前記初期供給孔の位置とは別の位置に改めて開けられた2次供給孔を含むことを特徴とする溶融金属排出装置の摺動盤。 - 前記摺動盤の前記流出孔が形成される部分と前記摺動盤の前記ガス供給孔が形成される部分とが一体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融金属排出装置の摺動盤。
- 前記2次供給孔が前記初期供給孔から離れていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の溶融金属排出装置の摺動盤。
- 固定盤に対して摺動盤が摺動する溶融金属排出装置の固定盤において、
前記固定盤は、溶融金属の流出孔と、前記流出孔に連通し、溶融金属にガスを吹き込むガス供給孔と、を有し、
前記ガス供給孔は、溶融金属の凝固によって詰まった初期供給孔の位置又は前記初期供給孔の位置とは別の位置に改めて開けられた2次供給孔を含むことを特徴とする溶融金属排出装置の固定盤。 - 固定盤に対して摺動盤が摺動する溶融金属排出装置の摺動盤の再生方法において、
前記固定盤の溶融金属の流出孔に連通可能な流出孔と、前記固定盤の前記流出孔に連通可能であり、溶融金属にガスを吹き込む初期供給孔と、を有する使用済みの摺動盤を回収する工程と、
溶融金属にガスを吹き込むための2次供給孔を、溶融金属の凝固によって詰まった前記初期供給孔の位置又は前記初期供給孔の位置とは別の位置に改めて開ける工程と、を備える溶融金属排出装置の摺動盤の再生方法。 - 固定盤に対して摺動盤が摺動する溶融金属排出装置の固定盤の再生方法において、
溶融金属の流出孔と、前記流出孔に連通し、溶融金属にガスを吹き込む初期供給孔と、を有する使用済みの固定盤を回収する工程と、
溶融金属にガスを吹き込むための2次供給孔を、溶融金属の凝固によって詰まった前記初期供給孔の位置又は前記初期供給孔の位置とは別の位置に改めて開ける工程と、を備える溶融金属排出装置の固定盤の再生方法。
