Claims (6)
- 針を備えた針組立体において、
前記針の先を収容する筒状部材と、
前記針の基端部が固定されるハブであって、前記筒状部材の筒内に前記針の先が収容されるように前記筒状部材の軸方向にスライドするハブと、
を備え、
前記筒状部材と前記ハブ、前記筒状部材と前記針、及び前記筒状部材を構成する部材同士の組のうち少なくとも1つには、前記ハブがスライドする際に、互いにこすれ合う摺動部が存在し、
前記摺動部には、アリール基含有ポリシロキサンを主成分とする潤滑剤が塗布されている、針組立体。 - 前記アリール基含有ポリシロキサンは、ポリメチルフェニルシロキサンである、請求項2に記載の針組立体。
- 前記筒状部材は、前記ハブの少なくとも一部を収容するハウジングであり、
前記ハブは、前記針の先が前記筒状部材の筒内から突出する第1の位置から、前記針の先が前記筒状部材の筒内に収容される第2の位置までスライドするように構成され、
前記ハウジング及び前記ハブには、前記潤滑剤が塗布された前記摺動部が存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の針組立体。 - 内針と外針を備えた針組立体において、
前記内針の先を収容する筒状部材と、
前記外針の基端部が固定される外針ハブであって、前記筒状部材とスライド可能に係合する外針ハブと、
を備え、
前記筒状部材及び前記外針ハブには、前記外針ハブがスライドする際に、互いにこすれ合う摺動部が存在し、
前記摺動部には、アリール基含有ポリシロキサンを主成分とする潤滑剤が塗布されている、針組立体。 - 内針と外針を備えた針組立体において、
前記内針の先を収容する筒状部材を備え、
前記筒状部材は、互いに軸方向にスライド可能な内側部材と外側部材とを有し、
前記内側部材及び前記外側部材には、スライドする際に、互いにこすれ合う摺動部が存在し、
前記摺動部には、アリール基含有ポリシロキサンを主成分とする潤滑剤が塗布されている、針組立体。
