Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば、被加工物10を保持する保持手段20と、保持手段20に保持された被加工物10を撮像する撮像手段60と、から少なくとも構成された撮像装置50に装着される照明装置70であって、撮像手段60を構成する被加工物10に対面するレンズ621aの中央に形成された細孔621bと、細孔621bに一方の端部72aが挿入された光ファイバー72と、光ファイバー72の他方の端部72bに配設された光源74と、を含み構成される照明装置70が提供される。

Claims (2)
- 被加工物を保持する保持手段と、該保持手段に保持された被加工物を撮像する撮像手段と、から少なくとも構成された撮像装置に装着される照明装置であって、
該照明装置は、
該撮像手段を構成する被加工物に対面するレンズの中央に形成された細孔と、該細孔に一方の端部が挿入された光ファイバーと、該光ファイバーの他方の端部に配設された光源と、を含み構成される照明装置。 - 該光源は、SLD光源、ASE光源、スーパーコンティニウム光源、LED光源、ハロゲン光源、キセノン光源、水銀光源、メタルハライド光源、レーザー光源のいずれかである請求項1に記載の照明装置。
