Abstract
Description
mは、2〜5の整数であり、好ましくは2〜3の整数であり;
R6は、水素原子またはアルキル基であり、好ましくは水素原子またはメチル基であり;
Aは、オキシアルキレン基を有する1価の有機基であり、好ましくはオキシエチレン基またはオキシプロピレン基を有する1価の有機基であり;
*は、結合位置を表す。
Bは、1価の有機基であり、その1価の有機基は、アルコキシ基、アルキル基、または窒素原子を有する1価の有機基であり、好ましくはアルキル基または窒素原子を有する1価の有機基であり;
*は、結合位置を表す。
mは、2〜5の整数であり、好ましくは2〜3の整数であり;
R5は、C8〜C22アルキル基であり、好ましくはC18アルキル基である。
ND:その溶液がコロイドを形成し、ろ過性が測定されない場合がある;
不良:通過し得るスラリーの重量が3g以下;
許容範囲:通過し得るスラリーの重量が3gより多く9g以下;
良:通過し得るスラリーの重量が9gより多く18g以下;
優:通過し得るスラリーの重量が18gより多い。
PPgMA:無水マレイン酸グラフト化ポリプロピレン(PPgMA、三洋化成工業社製、製品名UMEX 1010、重量平均分子量30,000、無水マレイン酸基の量:4.54重量%)。
M3085:Jeffamine M3085(Huntsman Chemical Industry社製、重量平均分子量:3000)。
M2070:Jeffamine M2070(Huntsman Chemical Industry社製、重量平均分子量:2000)。
DuO:N−オレイル−1,3−ジアミノプロパン(製品名:Duomeen O、Akzo Nobel社製)。
DMX:3−ジメチルアミノプロピルアミン。
DEX:3−ジエチルアミノプロピルアミン。
N−AEP:アミノエチルピペラジン。
式(3)において、mは、2〜5の整数であり、
R1、R2、R3、およびR4は、それぞれ、水素またはC1〜C6アルキル基であり、R2およびR3は、同時に水素ではなく、*は、結合位置を表す。
式(4)において、nは、0〜3の整数であり、R5は、C8〜C22アルキル基またはオレイル基(oleyl group)である。
式(6−1)において、mは、2〜5の整数であり、
R1、R2、R3、およびR4は、それぞれ水素またはC1〜C6アルキル基であり、R2およびR3は、同時に水素ではなく、*は、結合位置を表す。
式(6−2)において、nは、0〜3の整数であり、R5は、C8〜C22アルキル基またはオレイル基である。
式(6−2)において、nは、0〜3の整数であり、好ましくは0または1であり;
R5は、C8〜C22アルキル基またはオレイル基であり、好ましくはC18アルキル基またはオレイル基である。
Claims (16)
- 変性ポリオレフィンとアミン化合物とを反応させることによって形成されるポリオレフィン誘導体であって、
前記変性ポリオレフィンは、無水マレイン酸をポリオレフィンにグラフトすることによって形成され、
前記アミン化合物は、ポリエーテルアミンおよびアルキルアミンを含み、
前記変性ポリオレフィンの無水マレイン酸基100モル部に対して、前記アルキルアミンの反応量が、1モル部〜40モル部である、ポリオレフィン誘導体。 - 前記変性ポリオレフィンの無水マレイン酸基100モル部に対して、前記ポリエーテルアミンの反応量が、60モル部〜99モル部である、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン誘導体。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミンの重量平均分子量が、1500〜5000である、請求項1または2に記載のポリオレフィン誘導体。
- 式(5)で表される前記構造単位と式(6)で表される前記構造単位の合計100モル部に対して、式(6)で表される前記構造単位の量が、1モル部〜40モル部である、請求項6に記載のポリオレフィン誘導体。
- 式(5)で表される前記構造単位と式(6)で表される前記構造単位の合計100モル部に対して、式(5)で表される前記構造単位の量が、60モル部〜99モル部である、請求項6または7に記載のポリオレフィン誘導体。
- Aとしての前記オキシアルキレン基を有する前記一価の有機基の分子量が、1480〜4985である、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン誘導体。
- 前記ポリオレフィン誘導体が、ポリオレフィンから誘導された誘導体であり、前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項6〜12のいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン誘導体。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン誘導体と充填剤とを含む、複合材料。
- 前記充填剤の100重量部の量に対して、前記ポリオレフィン誘導体の量が、10重量部〜200重量部である、請求項14に記載の複合材料。
- 前記充填剤が、セラミック、ケイ酸塩層状物質、酸化アルミニウム、二酸化ケイ素、炭酸カルシウム、ウォラストナイト、硫酸バリウム、硫化亜鉛、リトポン、セルロース、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項14または15に記載の複合材料。
