Abstract
Description
A−1.ワイヤロープ10の構成:
図1は、第1実施形態におけるワイヤロープ10の構成を概略的に示す断面斜視図であり、図2は、第1実施形態におけるワイヤロープ10の横断面構成を示す説明図である。第1実施形態のワイヤロープ10は、種々の用途(例えば、自動車用のウィンドレギュレータ用ワイヤロープやスライドドア用ワイヤロープ、産業分野における動力伝達用ワイヤロープ、建築関係の窓開閉装置用ワイヤロープ)に用いられ得る。
次に、本実施形態におけるワイヤロープ10の製造方法の一例を説明する。はじめに、潤滑剤40が素線21,23の間に介在した芯ストランド20と、側ストランド30とを作製する。
以上説明したように、第1実施形態のワイヤロープ10は、ロープ本体15と、潤滑剤40と、樹脂層50とを備える。ロープ本体15は、芯ストランド20と側ストランド30とを有している。芯ストランド20は、互いに撚り合わされた複数の素線21,23から形成されている。側ストランド30は、互いに撚り合わされた複数の素線31,33から形成されている。潤滑剤40は、芯ストランド20を構成する複数の素線21,23の間と、側ストランド30を構成する複数の素線31,33の間の少なくとも一部とに介在している。樹脂層50は、ロープ本体15の外周を、潤滑剤40とともに被覆している。潤滑剤40は、硫黄含有有機モリブデン化合物を有している。
ワイヤロープの耐久性について、性能評価を行った。図3は、性能評価の結果を示す説明図であり、図4は、性能評価の評価方法を示す説明図である。

・オイルS2:硫黄化合物含有オイル(40℃における粘度120mm2/s)
・1m長のワイヤロープ10に対する潤滑剤の含有量:1.5重量%
・ロープ本体15、潤滑剤40については、ワイヤロープAと同様である。
<樹脂層>
・なし
・ロープ本体15については、ワイヤロープAと同様であり、潤滑剤については、ワイヤロープX1と同様である。

次に、第2実施形態におけるワイヤロープについて説明する。本実施形態におけるワイヤロープは、潤滑剤が、硫黄非含有有機モリブデン化合物と、硫黄含有有機化合物とを含有する点で、第1実施形態のワイヤロープ10と異なる。以下では、第2実施形態のワイヤロープの構成の内、上述した第1実施形態のワイヤロープ10と同一の構成については、その説明を適宜省略する。
図5は、第3実施形態におけるワイヤロープ10Aの横断面構成を示す説明図である。以下では、第3実施形態のワイヤロープ10Aの構成のうち、上述した第1実施形態のワイヤロープ10の構成と同一の構成については、同一の符号を付すことによってその説明を適宜省略する。
図6は、第4実施形態におけるワイヤロープ10Bの横断面構成を示す説明図である。以下では、第4実施形態のワイヤロープ10Bの構成のうち、上述した実施形態のワイヤロープ10,10Aの構成と同一の構成については、同一の符号を付すことによってその説明を適宜省略する。
図7は、第5実施形態におけるワイヤロープ10Cの横断面構成を示す説明図である。以下では、第5実施形態のワイヤロープ10Cの構成のうち、上述した実施形態のワイヤロープ10,10A,10Bの構成と同一の構成については、同一の符号を付すことによってその説明を適宜省略する。
図8は、第6実施形態におけるワイヤロープ10Dの横断面構成を示す説明図である。以下では、第6実施形態のワイヤロープ10Dの構成のうち、上述した実施形態のワイヤロープ10,10A,10B,10Cの構成と同一の構成については、同一の符号を付すことによってその説明を適宜省略する。
本明細書で開示される技術は、上述の実施形態に限られるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の形態に変形することができ、例えば次のような変形も可能である。
Claims (13)
- ワイヤロープであって、
互いに撚り合わされた複数の素線から形成されるストランドを有するロープ本体と、
前記ストランドを構成する複数の素線の間に介在する潤滑剤と、
前記ロープ本体の外周を、前記潤滑剤とともに被覆する樹脂層と、を備え、
前記潤滑剤は、硫黄含有有機モリブデン化合物を含有する、
ワイヤロープ。 - 請求項1に記載のワイヤロープであって、
前記潤滑剤は、常温で液体である、
ワイヤロープ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のワイヤロープであって、
前記潤滑剤の常温での粘度は、100mm2/s以上、14100mm2/s以下である、
ワイヤロープ。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載のワイヤロープであって、
前記ロープ本体は、前記ストランドとして芯ストランドを有する、
ワイヤロープ。 - 請求項4に記載のワイヤロープであって、
前記芯ストランドは、ウォーリントン撚りである、
ワイヤロープ。 - 請求項4または請求項5に記載のワイヤロープであって、
前記ロープ本体は、前記ストランドとして、さらに、前記芯ストランドの周りに撚り合わされた複数の側ストランドを有する、
ワイヤロープ。 - 請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載のワイヤロープであって、
前記硫黄含有有機モリブデン化合物は、ジアルキルジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンとジアルキルジチオリン酸モリブデンとのうちの少なくとも1つである、
ワイヤロープ。 - ワイヤロープであって、
互いに撚り合わされた複数の素線から形成されるストランドを有するロープ本体と、
前記ストランドを構成する複数の素線の間に介在する潤滑剤と、
前記ロープ本体の外周を、前記潤滑剤とともに被覆する樹脂層と、を備え、
前記潤滑剤は、硫黄非含有有機モリブデン化合物と、硫黄含有有機化合物と、を含有する、
ワイヤロープ。 - 請求項8に記載のワイヤロープであって、
前記潤滑剤は、常温で液体である、
