Claims (7)
- 操作用ワイヤロープがガイド部材を介して配設させた操作装置において、前記操作用ワイヤロープが素線群を撚合構成して素線間に潤滑剤を含浸させ、前記潤滑剤が鉱油または合成油の基油と複合石鹸の増ちょう剤と揮発性の希釈溶剤の混成から成り、前記含浸時の液状化流動状態から使用時の軟質状態への相転移を可能にした構成とし、前記操作用ワイヤロープの外周に、前記素線間潤滑剤と非相溶性のシリコーン系またはふっ素系の表面潤滑剤を施した二層潤滑形態に構成したことを特徴とする操作用ワイヤロープを用いて成る操作装置。
- 増ちょう剤の複合石鹸が、カルシウム スルフォネート コンプレックスの操作用ワイヤロープを用いて成る請求項1記載の操作装置。
- 操作用ワイヤロープストランド群のうち少なくとも1つのストランドが平行撚り、またはウォリントン撚り構造の操作用ワイヤロープから成る請求項1記載の操作装置。
- 素線材質がオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼線の操作用ワイヤロープから成る請求項1記載の操作装置。
- 押し・引き操作自在のプッシュ・プル形態の操作用ワイヤロープから成る請求項1記載の操作装置。
- オイルテンパー線の芯線の外周に細線を撚合した操作用ワイヤロープから成る請求項5記載の操作装置。
- 操作装置が導管のガイド部材に操作用ワイヤロープを挿入して成るコントロールケーブルシステム、または建物の窓開閉装置である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の操作用ワイヤロープを用いて成る操作装置。
