Abstract
Description
油圧アクチュエータと流体的に接続された油圧回路と、
上記油圧回路を制御する制御装置と
を備え、
上記油圧回路は、
作動油を貯留する作動油タンクと、
作動油を上記作動油タンクから上記油圧アクチュエータに供給する油圧ポンプと、
上記油圧ポンプの吐出側と上記油圧アクチュエータとを流体的に接続する吐出流路と、
上記吐出流路の作動油の流れを遮断するバルブと、
上記吐出流路のうち上記バルブと上記油圧ポンプとの間の流路部分内の作動油の圧力を検出する圧力センサと
を備え、
上記制御装置は、上記バルブが作動油の流れを遮断している状態で、上記圧力センサが検出する圧力を所定圧力に保持するように上記油圧ポンプを制御する圧力保持状態において、上記油圧ポンプの回転数が所定の第1判定回転数を超えるか、又は上記油圧ポンプの吐出流量が所定の第1判定吐出流量を超えると上記油圧回路が異常であると判定することを特徴とする。
上記油圧ポンプを駆動するモータと、
上記モータのモータ電流又は上記モータの巻線温度を検出するモータ検出部と
を備え、
上記制御装置は、上記圧力保持状態において、上記モータ検出部によって検出された上記モータの上記モータ電流又は上記モータの上記巻線温度に基づいて上記油圧回路の異常を判定する。
上記制御装置は、
上記油圧ポンプの吐出流量が流量設定値となるように上記油圧ポンプの回転数を制御する流量制御を実行可能であり、
上記圧力保持状態において、上記油圧ポンプの回転数が所定圧力に対応する正常時回転数に対して変化したときに、上記正常時回転数に対する上記油圧ポンプの回転数の変化に応じて、上記流量設定値を補正する。
図1は、本開示の第1実施形態に係る油圧ユニットの構成を示す回路図である。
油圧回路10は、作動油を貯留する作動油タンク11と、作動油を作動油タンク11から油圧アクチュエータ2aに供給する油圧ポンプ12と、油圧ポンプ12を駆動するモータ13とを備える。また、油圧回路10は、油圧ポンプ12の吐出側と油圧アクチュエータ2aとを流体的に接続する吐出流路14を備える。油圧回路10は、吐出流路14の作動油の流れを遮断するバルブ15と、吐出流路14のうちバルブ15と油圧ポンプ12との間の流路部分14a内の作動油の圧力を検出する圧力センサ16を備える。また、油圧回路10は、吐出流路14の流路部分14aと作動油タンク11とを流体的に接続する漏らし流路17を備える。
本実施形態の制御装置20は、PQ制御部21と、速度検出部22と、速度制御部23と、インバータ24と、異常判定部25と、報知部26と、補正部27とを備える。
本開示に係る制御装置20は、圧力制御を用いた圧力保持状態において、異常判定部25による油圧回路10の状態の判定を行う。圧力保持状態は、制御装置20が、バルブ15が吐出流路14内の作動油の流れを遮断した状態で、圧力センサ16が検出する吐出圧力を所定圧力に保持するように油圧ポンプ12を制御する状態である。
図4は、補正部27による流量設定値Qaの補正を説明する図である。油圧ポンプ12における作動油の漏れがあると、図4に示すように、流量制御において油圧ポンプ12の回転数を一定に維持した場合の実際の吐出流量は、吐出圧力の増加に伴って減少する。そこで、本実施形態の補正部27は、油圧ポンプ12における作動油に漏れがあるときに、流量制御における流量設定値Qaを調整することで、実際の吐出流量の流量設定値Qaからのずれを抑制する。
図5は、第1実施形態の第1変形例に係る油圧ユニット1の構成を示す回路図である。図5を参照すると、第1変形例に係る油圧ユニット1の流量制御弁19は、流量調整弁である。
図6は、第1実施形態の第2変形例に係る油圧ユニット1の構成を示す回路図である。図6を参照すると、第2変形例に係る油圧ユニット1の油圧回路10は、漏らし流路を備えていない。
第2実施形態の油圧ユニット1は、モータ13のモータ電流tを測定する電流センサが設けられている点を除いて、第1実施形態と同様の構成を有しており、図1から図4を援用する。第2実施形態において第1実施形態と同様の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付して示し、その詳細な説明を省略する。
第3実施形態の油圧ユニット101は、油圧ポンプ112が可変容量ポンプである点を除いて、第1実施形態の油圧ユニット1と同様の構成を有しており、図2を援用する。第3実施形態において、第2実施形態と同様の構成の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付して示し、その詳細な説明を省略する。
図8は、本実施形態の異常判定部25による油圧回路10の状態の判定を説明するための図である。図8において、縦軸は、上記流量センサによって検出されるか、又は吐出流量調整ネジなどで設定されたポンプ容量とモータ13の回転数の積から求められる油圧ポンプ112の吐出流量である。図8において、横軸は、油圧ポンプ112の吐出圧力である。

Claims (7)
- 油圧アクチュエータ(2a)と流体的に接続された油圧回路(10)と、
上記油圧回路(10)を制御する制御装置(20)と
を備え、
上記油圧回路(10)は、
作動油を貯留する作動油タンク(11)と、
作動油を上記作動油タンク(11)から上記油圧アクチュエータ(2a)に供給する油圧ポンプ(12,112)と、
上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)の吐出側と上記油圧アクチュエータ(2a)とを流体的に接続する吐出流路(14)と、
上記吐出流路(14)の作動油の流れを遮断するバルブ(15)と、
上記吐出流路(14)のうち上記バルブ(15)と上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)との間の流路部分(14a)内の作動油の圧力を検出する圧力センサ(16)と、
を備え、
上記制御装置(20)は、上記バルブ(15)が作動油の流れを遮断している状態で、上記圧力センサ(16)が検出する圧力を所定圧力に保持するように上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)を制御する圧力保持状態において、上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)の回転数が所定の第1判定回転数(N1)を超えるか、又は上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)の吐出流量が所定の第1判定吐出流量(Q1)を超えると上記油圧回路(10)が異常であると判定することを特徴とする、油圧ユニット(1,101)。 - 請求項1に記載の油圧ユニット(1,101)において、
上記吐出流路(14)の上記流路部分(14a)と、上記作動油タンク(11)との間を流体的に接続する漏らし流路(17)を備えることを特徴とする、油圧ユニット(1,101)。 - 請求項2に記載の油圧ユニット(1,101)において、
上記制御装置(20)は、上記圧力保持状態において、上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)の回転数が上記第1判定回転数(N1)よりも低い所定の第2判定回転数(N2)を下回るか、又は上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)の吐出流量が上記第1判定吐出流量(Q1)よりも低い所定の第2判定吐出流量(Q2)を下回ると上記油圧回路(10)が異常であると判定することを特徴とする、油圧ユニット(1,101)。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ユニット(1,101)において、
上記バルブ(15)は、上記バルブ(15)の動作状態を表すモニタ信号を上記制御装置(20)に送信することを特徴とする、油圧ユニット(1,101)。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ユニット(1,101)において、
上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)を駆動するモータ(13)と、
上記モータ(13)のモータ電流又は上記モータの巻線温度を検出するモータ検出部と
を備え、
上記制御装置(20)は、上記圧力保持状態において、上記モータ検出部によって検出された上記モータ(13)の上記モータ電流又は上記モータの上記巻線温度に基づいて上記油圧回路(10)の異常を判定することを特徴とする、油圧ユニット(1,101)。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ユニット(1,101)において、
上記制御装置(20)は、
上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)の吐出流量が流量設定値(Qa)となるように上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)の回転数を制御する流量制御を実行可能であり、
上記圧力保持状態において、上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)の回転数が所定圧力に対応する正常時回転数(Na)に対して変化したときに、上記正常時回転数(Na)に対する上記油圧ポンプ(12,112)の回転数の変化に応じて、上記流量設定値(Qa)を補正することを特徴とする、油圧ユニット(1,101)。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧ユニット(1,101)において、
上記バルブ(15)は、シャットオフバルブであることを特徴とする、油圧ユニット(1,101)。
