Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 生物学的用途のための骨格を形成する方法であって、
(1)第1の厚さを有する支持体上にヒドロゲルの層を分配する工程;
(2)前記ヒドロゲルの層を乾燥させ、前記ヒドロゲルの層の厚さを、前記第1の厚さの20%未満である第2の厚さに減少させる工程;
(3)前記ヒドロゲルの層を選択的に結像し、前記ヒドロゲルの層の硬化部分および未硬化部分を提供する工程;および
(4)工程(1)〜(3)を複数回繰り返し、前記骨格の形成を完了する工程、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ヒドロゲルの層を分配する工程が、前記ヒドロゲルの層を選択的に分配する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロゲルの層を選択的に分配する工程が、インクジェットプリントヘッドから前記ヒドロゲルの層を選択的に噴出する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロゲルが水性溶液内にあり、前記ヒドロゲルの層を乾燥させる工程によって、水が排出され、前記ヒドロゲルの層が前記第1の厚さから前記第2の厚さまで収縮することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水性溶液が、酸中に溶解したヒドロゲルを含み、前記水性溶液のpHを6超に上昇させるバッファを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記バッファが、前記水性溶液のpHを、6〜8の範囲に上昇させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記pHが、前記分配されたヒドロゲルが液体からゲルに自己組織化することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記酸が酢酸であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記水性溶液が、10〜19センチポアズの粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロゲルが、コラーゲンタイプI、コラーゲンタイプII、フィブリリン、およびエラスチンからなるリストから選択される1つまたは複数の材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の厚さが10マイクロメートル超であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の厚さが2マイクロメートル未満であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の厚さが、前記第1の厚さの10%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロゲルの層のための支持材料の層を堆積する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料の層が、前記ヒドロゲルの層の境界の周りにプリントされることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロゲルの層の周りにプリントされた前記支持材料の反復された層が、硬化および未硬化のヒドロゲルを含むバットを形成することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料が炭化水素ワックスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料が、化学線による効果を必要としない相変化支持材料であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
