Description
ここで、前記第2ステント構造体は、3Dプリングティング後、生分解性高分子及び薬物が混合されたコーティング混合物を用いた表面上のコーティング処理工程によって表面に薬物を含むコーティング層が形成されることができる。
また、前記第2ステント構造体を3Dプリンティングによって構成するために用いられる印刷材料内の生分解性高分子は前記第2ステント構造体の表面に積層コートされる前記コーティング層を形成するために用いられるコーティング混合物内の生分解性高分子より生分解周期が長いように、生分解性高分子の種類及び組成比の少なくとも一つ以上が互いに異なってもよい。
また、前記第2ステント構造体を3Dプリンティングによって形成するために用いられる印刷材料内の薬物と前記第2ステント構造体表面に積層コートされる前記コーティング層を形成するために用いられるコーティング混合物内の薬物は同種の薬物からなることができる。
そして、前記第1ステント構造体は、中空筒状に形成される第1胴体部と、前記第1胴体部の一端に前記第1胴体部より拡張した直径で形成される第1拡管部と、前記第1胴体部の他端に前記第1胴体部より拡張した直径で形成される第2拡管部とを含むことができ、前記第2ステント構造体は前記第1胴体部と同じかそれより短い長さを有するように構成され、前記第1胴体部の外周面を覆うか前記胴体部によって外周面が覆われるように取り付けられることができる。
ここで、前記薬物放出型生分解性ステントは、体内に設置されたステントの可視性確保のために、前記第1ステント構造体上の多数の領域に取り付けられる多数の放射線非透過性表示子をさらに含むことができ、前記多数の放射線非透過性表示子のうち前記胴体部の両端部側に取り付けられる少なくとも二つ以上の放射線非透過性表示子は前記第2ステント構造体の両端部を前記胴体部に固定的に連結する形態に取り付けられることができる。
一方、前記目的を達成するために、本発明の第2実施例による薬物放出型生分解性ステントは、形状記憶合金素材の金属ワイヤがジグ上に特定のパターンで編まれることで、編み構造のワイヤ交差形態によって多数のセル(Cell)を備え、中空筒状に構成される第1ステント構造体と、生分解性高分子及び薬物を含む印刷材料から3Dプリンティングを行うことにより、プリンティング構造のワイヤ交差形態によって多数のセル(Cell)を備え、中空筒状を有するように構成される3D印刷物である第2ステント構造体と、形状記憶合金素材の金属ワイヤがジグ上に特定のパターンで編まれることで、編み構造のワイヤ交差形態によって多数のセル(Cell)を備え、中空筒状に構成され、前記第1ステント構造体の外周面を覆うか前記第1ステント構造体によって外周面が覆われるように取り付けられる第3ステント構造体とを含み、前記第2ステント構造体は前記第1ステント構造体及び第3ステント構造体の間の空間に介装される。
ここで、前記第2ステント構造体は、3Dプリングティング後、生分解性高分子及び薬物が混合されたコーティング混合物を用いた表面上のコーティング処理工程によって表面に薬物を含むコーティング層が形成されることができる。
また、前記第2ステント構造体を3Dプリンティングによって構成するために用いられる印刷材料内の生分解性高分子は前記第2ステント構造体の表面に積層コートされる前記コーティング層を形成するために用いられるコーティング混合物内の生分解性高分子より生分解周期が長いように、生分解性高分子の種類及び組成比の少なくとも一つ以上が互いに異なってもよい。
また、前記第2ステント構造体を3Dプリンティングによって形成するために用いられる印刷材料内の薬物と前記第2ステント構造体表面に積層コートされる前記コーティング層を形成するために用いられるコーティング混合物内の薬物は同種の薬物からなることができる。
そして、前記第1ステント構造体は、中空筒状に形成される第1胴体部と、前記第1胴体部の一端に前記第1胴体部より拡張した直径で形成される第1拡管部と、前記第1胴体部の他端に前記第1胴体部より拡張した直径で形成される第2拡管部とを含むことができ、前記第2ステント構造体は前記第1胴体部と同じかそれより短い長さを有するように構成され、前記第1胴体部の外周面を覆うか前記胴体部によって外周面が覆われるように取り付けられることができる。
ここで、前記第2ステント構造体が間に介装された第1ステント構造体及び第3ステント構造体の一側には前記第1拡管部と第3拡管部及び前記第2拡管部と第4拡管部をそれぞれ一体に形成する結合部が各領域別に少なくとも一つ以上ずつ備えられることができる。

- 形状記憶合金素材の金属ワイヤがジグ上に特定のパターンで編まれることで、編み構造のワイヤ交差形態によって多数のセル(Cell)を備え、中空筒状に構成される第1ステント構造体と、
生分解性高分子及び薬物を含む印刷材料から3Dプリンティングを行うことにより、プリンティング構造のワイヤ交差形態によって多数のセル(Cell)を備え、中空筒状を有するように構成される3D印刷物である第2ステント構造体と、
形状記憶合金素材の金属ワイヤがジグ上に特定のパターンで編まれることで、編み構造のワイヤ交差形態によって多数のセル(Cell)を備え、中空筒状に構成され、前記第1ステント構造体の外周面を覆うか前記第1ステント構造体によって外周面が覆われるように取り付けられる第3ステント構造体とを含み、
前記第2ステント構造体は前記第1ステント構造体及び第3ステント構造体の間の空間に介装され、
前記第1ステント構造体は、中空筒状に形成される第1胴体部と、前記第1胴体部の一端に前記第1胴体部より拡張した直径で形成される第1拡管部と、前記第1胴体部の他端に前記第1胴体部より拡張した直径で形成される第2拡管部とを含み、前記第3ステント構造体は、中空筒状に形成される第2胴体部と、前記第2胴体部の一端に前記第2胴体部より拡張した直径で形成される第3拡管部と、前記第2胴体部の他端に前記第2胴体部より拡張した直径で形成される第4拡管部とを含み、前記第2ステント構造体は前記第1胴体部及び第2胴体部と同じかそれより短い長さを有するように構成され、前記第1胴体部と第2胴体部の間に介装され、
前記第2ステント構造体が間に介装された第1ステント構造体及び第3ステント構造体の一側には前記第1拡管部と第3拡管部及び前記第2拡管部と第4拡管部をそれぞれ一体に形成する結合部が各領域別に少なくとも一つ以上ずつ備えられることを特徴とする、
薬物放出型生分解性ステント。 - 前記第2ステント構造体は、3Dプリングティング後、生分解性高分子及び薬物が混合されたコーティング混合物を用いた表面上のコーティング処理工程によって表面に薬物を含むコーティング層が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薬物放出型生分解性ステント。
- 前記第2ステント構造体を3Dプリンティングによって構成するために用いられる印刷材料内の生分解性高分子は前記第2ステント構造体の表面に積層コートされる前記コーティング層を形成するために用いられるコーティング混合物内の生分解性高分子より生分解周期が長いように、生分解性高分子の種類及び組成比の少なくとも一つ以上が互いに異なることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の薬物放出型生分解性ステント。
- 前記第2ステント構造体を3Dプリンティングによって形成するために用いられる印刷材料内の薬物と前記第2ステント構造体表面に積層コートされる前記コーティング層を形成するために用いられるコーティング混合物内の薬物は同種の薬物からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の薬物放出型生分解性ステント。
