− 任意選択で、前記大動脈内部人工器官の適合された3Dモデルを設計するステップと
を含む方法が提供される。
図2は、特定の一実施形態によるカスタマイズされた大動脈内部人工器官がその中に提供される、罹患した大動脈の解剖学的構造の概略図を示す。図1に示される正常な大動脈の解剖学的構造(1)は大動脈弁(5)で起始し、上行大動脈(2)と、大動脈弓(3)と、胸部大動脈(4)とを備える。大動脈弓は、頭頸部血管(6)を含むいくつかの分岐した血管を備える。図2に示される罹患した大動脈の解剖学的構造は、罹患した上行大動脈(7)と、頭頸部血管に入る罹患した大動脈弓(8)とを含む。本明細書で説明するカスタマイズされた大動脈内部人工器官(10)を使用して、罹患した大動脈を、すばやく効率的に治療することができる。内部人工器官は、好ましくはポリマー材料または織布材料から作製されたスキャフォールド(11)と、このスキャフォールドを囲み、これに取り付けられた1つまたは複数の剛性リング構造(12)とを備える。内部人工器官は、患者固有の特徴(14)も備える。特定の実施形態によれば、内部人工器官は、大動脈の解剖学的構造の円周を一部のみ被覆し、それによって分岐した頭頸部血管への血流を確保するための開口を残す部分的な内部人工器官(13)を形成する部分も備えることができる。
Claims (10)
- 患者の管腔の解剖学的構造の少なくとも一部に適合する管腔内部人工器官を製造するための方法であって、
a)前記患者の解剖学的構造またはその一部の3D画像に基づいて、血管内部人工器官の3Dモデルを設計するステップと、
b)前記3Dモデルを前記内部人工器官の2Dパターンにほどくステップと、
c)前記2Dパターンから2D内部人工器官構造を製造するステップと、
d)前記血管内部人工器官にモールドを提供するステップと、
e)3D内部人工器官を得るように前記2D内部人工器官構造を前記モールドの周りに組み付けるステップと、
f)前記モールドを前記3D内部人工器官から除去するステップと
を含む方法であって、
前記3Dモデルを前記内部人工器官の2Dパターンにほどくステップは、前記3Dモデルの殻を2D面に広げること、2D面に展開すること、2D面へのU−Vパラメータ化されたほどきの少なくともいずれか1つを含む、方法。 - ステップe)が、1つまたは複数の剛性リングまたは冠を2D構造上に取り付けることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内部人工器官の前記3Dモデルが、前記1つまたは複数の剛性リングまたは冠および/または取り付け構造に合致する溝を備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数の剛性リングが前記2D構造上に縫い付けられ、前記取り付け構造が縫い穴または溝である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記モールドが、圧力の印加時に制御された方法で破損されて個別のピースを形成する押しつぶし可能なモールドであり、ステップ(f)が、前記押しつぶし可能なモールドに圧力を加えることを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の修正された血管の解剖学的構造またはその一部に基づいて内部人工器官の3Dモデルを設計することを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記内部人工器官が、上行大動脈、大動脈弓、および/または胸部大動脈に少なくとも部分的に適合する、パーソナライズされた大動脈内部人工器官である、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 積層造形によって前記モールドを製造することを含む、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記モールドを前記3D内部人工器官から除去するステップは、モールドから圧力を抜くステップを含み、モールドは柔軟性のあるモールドである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記内部人工器官の2Dパターンが複数の部品を含み、前記2D内部人工器官構造を前記モールドの周りに組み付けるステップは、前記複数の部品を組み立てることを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
