Claims (8)
- 筒状インサートを製作する方法において、
患者の一部分の内面の表面測定を取得するステップと、
前記表面測定を使用して、非均一表面を有するコア設計を製作するステップと、
可溶性材料を用いて、前記コア設計からコアを3Dプリントするステップと、
前記コアの周囲に繊維を複数回巻くステップと、
前記繊維を硬化させて、筒状インサートを製作するステップと、
前記コアの前記可溶性材料の少なくとも一部分を溶解させるステップと、
前記筒状インサートを前記コアから分離させるステップと、
を含み、
前記内面は前記患者の気管内であり、
製作された前記筒状インサートは、該筒状インサートの外径を低減するように圧縮可能であり、かつ、圧縮態様で前記気管内に挿入された後に、前記気管の前記内面を圧迫するように膨張可能であり、かつ、
(i)前記可溶性材料は水溶性であり;前記溶解させるステップは、前記コアを水に曝すステップを含み;水溶性の前記可溶性材料が、砂糖、コラーゲン、ならびに/もしくはゲルである;又は、
(ii)前記溶解させるステップは、前記コアを液体溶媒に曝すステップを含み;前記液体溶媒が、テトラクロロエチレン、トルエン、テレピン、酢酸メチル、酢酸エチル、ヘキサン、石油エーテルならびにシトラステルペンから選択されるものであり;前記コアの前記可溶性材料が、前記液体溶媒に曝されたときに溶解することができる材料である;
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記繊維が前記気管により吸収され、前記繊維材料はバイオプラスチック材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

(ii)前記溶解させるステップは、前記コアを液体溶媒に曝すステップを含み;前記液体溶媒が、テトラクロロエチレン、トルエン、テレピン、酢酸メチル、酢酸エチル、ヘキサン、石油エーテルならびにシトラステルペンから選択されるものであり;前記コアの前記可溶性材料が、前記液体溶媒に曝されたときに溶解することができる材料である;
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記繊維をガラス転移温度と前記繊維の溶融温度との間の温度まで加熱するステップと、
前記繊維の第1の部分を前記繊維の第2の部分に熱接合するステップと、
