Description
Claims (10)
- 3Dプリント物体を製造するための3Dプリンティングシステムであって、
3Dプリンティング処理中に上部で3Dプリント物体が支持されるプラットフォーム;
前記プラットフォーム上にヒドロゲル材料及び支持材料を選択的に堆積するプリンティング部分;
ドライヤーを含むドライヤー部分であって、前記プラットフォームがそれを通過して該プラットフォーム上の前記材料の少なくとも一部が乾燥される、ドライヤー部分;及び
前記プラットフォーム上の材料に触媒を選択的に塗布し、前記ヒドロゲル材料の少なくとも一部内で反応を生じさせる触媒供給源を含む開始部分、
を含み、
前記触媒が、前記プラットフォーム上の露出したヒドロゲル材料の一部に選択的に塗布されることを特徴とする、3Dプリンティングシステム。 - 前記プリンティング部分が、前記ヒドロゲル材料がそれを通して前記プラットフォーム上に選択的に堆積される第1の複数の開口部、及び、前記支持材料がそれを通して前記プラットフォーム上に選択的に堆積される第2の複数の開口部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の3Dプリンティングシステム。
- 前記ドライヤー部分が、ヒータ、ファン、及び真空の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の3Dプリンティングシステム。
- 前記開始部分が、化学線供給源を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンティングシステム。
- 前記開始部分が、レーザ装置及びデジタルミラー装置(DMD/DLP)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンティングシステム。
- 前記開始部分が、触媒を前記ヒドロゲル材料上に物理的に堆積する触媒塗布装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンティングシステム。
- 前記プリンティング部分がさらに、前記プラットフォームにより支持される材料の最上層から余分なヒドロゲル材料又は支持材料を除去するためのプラナライザを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンティングシステム。
- 前記プラットフォームが、x方向、y方向、及びz方向の少なくとも2つで移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンティングシステム。
- 前記プリンティング部分が、2種以上のヒドロゲル材料及び支持材料を選択的に堆積することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンティングシステム。
- 前記3Dプリント物体が、生物学的構造のための骨格であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンティングシステム。
