Claims (7)
- テーブルに貫通した臼孔が設けられ、各臼孔の上下に上杵及び下杵がそれぞれ摺動可能に保持され、テーブル及び杵を水平回転させて上杵及び下杵の対が上ロール及び下ロールの間を通過するときに臼孔内に充填された粉体を圧縮成形する回転式の粉体圧縮成形機であって、
前記テーブルの下方にあり前記下杵が挿入されてこれを保持する保持孔が設けられテーブル及び下杵とともに水平回転する下杵保持部と、
前記下杵が挿通される挿通孔が設けられ前記下杵保持部の上向面に対向するとともに挿通孔の外側方に粉塵を捕捉するための粉塵受けが形成された底壁、及び当該底壁の外縁部より起立し上端が挿通孔の周縁部の上向面よりも高位置にありかつ上端若しくはその近傍の部位に内側方に突出する返しが形成された外壁を有しており下杵保持部に支持されるシールケースを備えた防塵装置と
を具備する回転式粉体圧縮成形機。 - 前記シールケースの底壁における粉塵受けが、挿通孔の周縁部よりも下方に窪んでいる請求項1記載の回転式粉体圧縮成形機。
- 前記シールケースの底壁における挿通孔の周縁部から粉塵受けに向かって下降する傾斜面が形成されている請求項2記載の回転式粉体圧縮成形機。
- 前記防塵装置が、前記シールケースの底壁の挿通孔の内側に配置され前記下杵の外周に接するシール部材を備えている請求項1、2又は3記載の回転式粉体圧縮成形機。
- 前記シールケースが、その底壁の下向面における前記下杵保持部の外縁部よりも外側方の部位から垂下しており下端が下杵保持部の上向面よりも低位置にある垂下壁を有している請求項1、2、3又は4記載の回転式粉体圧縮成形機。
- 前記シールケースの垂下壁の下端に、内側方に延出する押さえ部材が取り付けられ、
前記シールケースの底壁と前記押さえ部材とで前記下杵保持部の外縁部を挟む請求項5記載の回転式粉体圧縮成形機。 - テーブルに貫通した臼孔が設けられ、各臼孔の上下に上杵及び下杵がそれぞれ摺動可能に保持され、テーブル及び杵を水平回転させて上杵及び下杵の対が上ロール及び下ロールの間を通過するときに臼孔内に充填された粉体を圧縮成形する回転式の粉体圧縮成形機において、
前記テーブルの下方にあり前記下杵が挿入されてこれを保持する保持孔が設けられテーブル及び下杵とともに水平回転する下杵保持部に、
前記下杵が挿通される挿通孔が設けられ前記下杵保持部の上向面に対向するとともに挿通孔の外側方に粉塵を捕捉するための粉塵受けが形成された底壁、及び当該底壁の外縁部より起立し上端が挿通孔の周縁部の上向面よりも高位置にありかつ上端若しくはその近傍の部位に内側方に突出する返しが形成された外壁を有しており下杵保持部に支持されるシールケースを備えた防塵装置を付設する、回転式粉体圧縮成形機の下杵側の防塵方法。
