Description
Claims (3)
- チャンバベースの上側をチャンバカバーにより開閉自在に塞ぐことで内部に包装袋を収容する密閉空間が形成されるチャンバと、
前記チャンバ内に設けられて前記包装袋の開口周縁部を封止して前記包装袋を密封する封止装置と、
前記チャンバ内の密閉空間を脱気して負圧化させる真空ポンプとを備え、
前記封止装置は前記チャンバの水平方向の一方の側部に設けられて、前記一方の側部と他方の側部とを結ぶ第1の方向と水平方向に直交する第2の方向を長手方向として延びる上側及び下側ブロックを備え、前記上側及び下側ブロックによって前記包装袋の開口周縁部を上下で挟持した状態で前記包装袋の開口周縁部を封止するようにした真空包装機であって、
前記下側ブロックには、前記包装袋の開口周縁部を剥離可能に粘着する微粘着面を上面に有する微粘着テープを設けたことを特徴とする真空包装機。 - 請求項1に記載の真空包装機において、
前記下側ブロックの前記第1の方向の側部には上面部に前記微粘着テープが貼り付けられたブラケットを着脱可能に設け、
前記微粘着テープの前記下側ブロック側の側縁部を前記下側ブロックと前記ブラケットによって挟持させたことを特徴とする真空包装機。 - 請求項2に記載の真空包装機において、
前記ブラケットには前記第1の方向で前記下側ブロックと反対側に前記微粘着テープの前記下側ブロックと反対側の側縁部を挟持する押さえ板を設けたことを特徴とする真空包装機。
