Abstract
【解決手段】本装置は、従来用いられていたエンドプレートを廃止して、モータヨーク110の端面をブラシホルダ140によって覆う構造とし、モータヨーク内部への異物の侵入を効果的に防止する。特に、ブラシホルダをモータヨークの端面に圧入すれば、モータヨークとブラシホルダとの間に隙間が生じるのを確実に防止できる。

Description
本件の第4の開示は、ブラシホルダの外周には位置決め段部が形成され、モータヨークの開口端はこの位置決め段部に当接するようにしている。これにより、ブラシホルダとモータヨークとの位置決めを一層正確に行うことができる。

- 通路及びモータ空間を形成するボデーと、
前記通路に配置され、通路面積を可変して流量を制御するバルブと、
前記モータ空間に配置され、前記バルブが回動する駆動力を生じるモータと、
このモータと前記バルブとの間に介在し、モータの駆動力をバルブに伝達する減速機構と、
この減速機構を収納するように、前記ボデーの開口端を覆うカバーとを備え
前記モータは、
磁性材製のモータヨークと、
このモータヨークの内周面に配置されたマグネットと、
前記モータヨークの内部に配置されたモータシャフトと、
このモータシャフトを回転支持する一対のモータ軸受と、
前記モータヨークの内部で前記モータシャフトに配置されたアーマチャコアと、
前記モータヨークの内部で前記モータシャフトに配置されたコンミテータと、
このコンミテータに通電するブラシと、
このブラシを保持するブラシホルダとを有し、
前記モータヨークの開口端は前記ブラシホルダによって覆われる
