Claims (11)
- 通路、モータ空間及びこのモータ空間と前記通路とを連結する連結部とを形成するボデーと、
前記通路に配置され、通路面積を可変して流量を制御するバルブと、
前記モータ空間に配置され、前記バルブが回動する駆動力を生じるモータと、
前記ボデーの開口端を覆うカバーとを備え、
前記モータは、
磁性材製のモータヨークと、
このモータヨークの内周面に配置された複数のマグネットと、
前記モータヨークの内部に配置されたモータシャフトと、
このモータシャフトを回転支持する一対のモータ軸受と、
前記モータヨークの内部で前記モータシャフトに配置されたアーマチャコアと、
前記モータヨークの内部で前記モータシャフトに配置されたコンミテータと、
このコンミテータに通電するブラシと、
このブラシを保持するブラシホルダとを有し、
前記複数のマグネットは、前記ボデーの前記モータ空間に前記モータヨークが配置された状態で着磁され、
かつ、前記複数のマグネットは、前記モータヨーク内で周方向に間隔をもって配置され、
この複数のマグネット間の間隔に前記ボデーの前記連結部が位置する
ことを特徴とする絞り弁装置。 - 前記マグネットを収容する部位における前記モータ空間の前記ボデーの肉厚は、軸方向に亘って均一である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の絞り弁装置。 - 前記マグネットを収容する部位における前記モータ空間の前記ボデーの肉厚は、周方向に亘って均一である
ことを特徴とする請求項1若しくは2記載の絞り弁装置。 - 通路及びモータ空間を形成するボデーと、
前記通路に配置され、通路面積を可変して流量を制御するバルブと、
前記モータ空間に配置され、前記バルブを回動する駆動力を生じるモータと、
前記ボデーの開口端を覆うカバーとを備え、
前記モータは、
磁性材製のモータヨークと、
このモータヨークの内周面に配置されたマグネットと、
前記モータヨークの内部に配置されたモータシャフトと、
このモータシャフトを回転支持する一対のモータ軸受と、
前記モータヨークの内部で前記モータシャフトに配置されたアーマチャコアと、
前記モータヨークの内部で前記モータシャフトに配置されたコンミテータと、
このコンミテータに通電するブラシと、
このブラシを保持するブラシホルダとを有する絞り弁装置の着磁方法であって、
前記ボデーの前記モータ空間に前記モータヨークを配置し前記モータヨーク内部に前記マグネットを配置するマグネット配置工程と、
前記ボデーの前記モータ空間に配置された前記マグネットを着磁する着磁工程と、
を有することを特徴とする絞り弁装置の着磁方法。 - 前記マグネット配置工程は、
一対のマグネットの一面を前記モータヨークの内周に形成された保持部に当接させ、
一対のマグネットの他面間に保持スプリングを配設し、
保持スプリングの応圧力によって、前記マグネットを前記保持部側に押圧することで行う、
請求項4記載の絞り弁装置の着磁方法。 - 前記モータヨークは、
モータヨークの内、内周に前記マグネットが配置される部位の外周を、前記ボデーの前記モータ空間に圧入することで、
前記ボデーの前記モータ空間に配置される
請求項4若しくは5記載の絞り弁装置の着磁方法。 - 前記着磁工程は、
一対の着磁ヨークを前記ボデーの外周で前記モータ空間に対応する位置に配置し、
この一対の着磁ヨークに通電することで行う、
請求項4乃至6いずれか記載の絞り弁装置の着磁方法。 - 前記着磁工程は、
前記一対の着磁ヨークが対抗する位置の前記ボデーの肉厚が、周方向に亘って均一の状態でなされる
請求項4乃至7いずれか記載の絞り弁装置の着磁方法。 - 前記着磁工程は、
前記一対の着磁ヨークが対抗する位置の前記ボデーの肉厚が、軸方向に亘って均一の状態でなされる
請求項4乃至8いずれか記載の絞り弁装置の着磁方法。 - 前記着磁工程は、
前記一対の着磁ヨーク間の対抗する端部間を結ぶ領域内に、前記マグネットが配置される状態でなされる
請求項4乃至9いずれか記載の絞り弁装置の着磁方法。 - 請求項4乃至10のいずれか記載の着磁方法により着磁されたマグネットを備える
絞り弁装置。
