Abstract
Description
ちなにみ、例えばプレス機では、プレス加工時にドライブ用のサーボモータに急激に負荷がかかり、急激に消費電力が上昇する。
この電力蓄積再開操作時、本実施形態の産業用機械のサーボ制御装置1では、ベース速度設定部12によって、ドライブ用のサーボモータ3に電力を回生する前(例えば、前回)のバッファ用のサーボモータ6の予め設定された第一のベース速度(ベース速度1)よりも低く設定した第二のベース速度(ベース速度2)に復帰させ、この低く設定した第二のベース速度でバッファ用のサーボモータ6を駆動し、電力の蓄積を行う。

Claims (4)
- 産業用機械を駆動するドライブ用の電動機と、
前記ドライブ用の電動機の負荷又は消費電力量を検出する負荷検出部と、
前記負荷検出部の検出結果に基づいて前記ドライブ用の電動機に電力を回生するバッファ用の電動機と、
前記ドライブ用の電動機に電力を回生する前の前記バッファ用の電動機の予め設定された一定の第一のベース速度から減速して前記ドライブ用の電動機に電力を回生した後、前記第一のベース速度よりも低く設定された第二のベース速度に復帰させるためのベース速度設定部と、
を備える、サーボ制御装置。 - 前記ベース速度設定部は、前記ドライブ用の電動機の前回の給電、蓄電操作に対応して前記第二のベース速度を設定する、
請求項1に記載のサーボ制御装置。 - 前記第一のベース速度が前記ドライブ用の電動機の略定格速度に設定されている、
請求項1または請求項2に記載のサーボ制御装置。 - 前記産業用機械がプレス機である、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のサーボ制御装置。
