Description
本発明に係るフッ素樹脂成形体のシール部の第1実施形態について、図1〜図4を参照しながら説明する。
[復元率]=(H3−H2)/(H1−H2)・・・式(1)
[潰し率]=(H1−H2)/H1・・・式(2)
(H1−H2)は、いわゆる潰し代であり、上記の試験例では、潰し率は2.5%となっている。
次に、本発明に係るフッ素樹脂成形体のシール部の第2実施形態について、図5を参照しながら説明する。第2実施形態のシール部20は、バックアップ部22の形状が第1実施形態のシール部10と異なっている。
次に、本発明に係るフッ素樹脂成形体のシール部の第3実施形態について、図6を参照しながら説明する。第3実施形態のシール部30は、バックアップ部32の形状等が第1実施形態のシール部10と異なっている。
次に、本発明に係るフッ素樹脂成形体のシール部の第4実施形態について、図7を参照しながら説明する。第4実施形態のシール部40は、突起部が複数設けられている点で、第1実施形態のシール部10と異なっている。

Claims (9)
- 流体機器に用いられ環状のシール部を有するフッ素樹脂成形体であって、前記シール部は、フッ素樹脂成形体が流体機器に組み込まれたときに圧縮荷重を受ける方向に並ぶ突起部とバックアップ部とからなるフッ素樹脂成形体。
- 請求項1記載のフッ素樹脂成形体において、
前記突起部の断面形状は、前記バックアップ部に2つの頂点をもつ二等辺三角形であり、バックアップ部から離れた頂点における角度が90〜120度であるフッ素樹脂成形体。 - 請求項2記載のフッ素樹脂成形体において、
前記バックアップ部には、前記突起部に隣接して前記突起部の両側に溝部が形成されているフッ素樹脂成形体。 - 請求項2記載のフッ素樹脂成形体において、
前記突起部は、前記バックアップ部の上下両側に設けられているフッ素樹脂成形体。 - 請求項4記載のフッ素樹脂成形体において、
前記バックアップ部の左右両側に窪みが形成されているフッ素樹脂成形体。 - 請求項4記載のフッ素樹脂成形体において、
前記バックアップ部の幅は、前記シール部の高さの15〜25%であるフッ素樹脂成形体。 - 請求項2記載のフッ素樹脂成形体において、
前記突起部は、互いに並んで配置される複数の突起部からなるフッ素樹脂成形体。 - 請求項7記載のフッ素樹脂成形体において、
前記複数の突起部の相互の間隔は、シール部の高さの15〜25%であるフッ素樹脂成形体。 - 請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に記載のフッ素樹脂成形体において、
フッ素樹脂成形体が前記流体機器に組み込まれたときの前記シール部の潰し率が1〜3%であるフッ素樹脂成形体。
