Claims (21)
- 薬物送達システム用の駆動アセンブリであって、当該駆動アセンブリは、
容器内のストッパに係合し、そして移動させるように構成されたプランジャ部材であって、第1の位置および当該第1の位置から軸方向に離間された第2の位置を有しているプランジャ部材、
前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に前記プランジャ部材を移動させるように構成された付勢部材、および
前記プランジャ部材と前記ストッパとの間に位置された調整可能なスペーサアセンブリ、
を備えることを特徴とする薬物送達システム用の駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記スペーサアセンブリは、前記ストッパに取り付けられたスペーサ要素および少なくとも1つのシムを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スペーサアセンブリは、スペーサ要素と、前記スペーサ要素が取り付けられるホルダーとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ホルダーは、前記ストッパに取り付けられ、および前記スペーサ要素はねじ込み係合によって前記ホルダーに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スペーサアセンブリは、前記スペーサ要素から延びる可撓性タブをさらに備え、前記スペーサホルダーの表面は、複数のラチェット歯を備え、前記可撓性タブは前記ラチェット歯と係合し、前記可撓性タブと前記ラチェット歯との係合は、前記スペーサ要素を前記ホルダーにねじ込む方向に前記スペーサ要素が回転されることを許容し、および前記スペーサ要素を前記ホルダーから取り外す方向に前記スペーサ要素が回転するのを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。

- 前記スペーサ要素は第1の突起を備え、前記ホルダーは第2の突起を備え、そして前記スペーサ要素が前記ホルダーに対して第1の位置にあるとき、前記第1の突起が前記第2の突起に接触して前記スペーサアセンブリは長手方向に第1の長さを有し、前記スペーサ要素が前記ホルダーに対して第2の位置にあるとき、前記第1の突起は第2の突起に接触せず、前記スペーサアセンブリは長手方向に第2の長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ねじ込み係合は、前記スペーサ要素にトルクが加えられたときに、前記ホルダーに対する前記スペーサ要素の回転を許容し、そして軸方向の力が前記スペーサ要素に加えられたとき、前記ホルダーに対する前記スペーサ要素の回転を防止することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スペーサ要素に設けられたねじ山は、半径方向外向きに延在していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スペーサ要素に設けられたねじ山は、前記スペーサ要素に軸方向の力を加えると当該ねじ山が前記ホルダーの側壁との係合を生じさせるように角度付けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スペーサ要素は環状側壁を備え、前記ホルダーは側壁および中央ポストを備え、そして、前記スペーサ要素の前記環状側壁の外面は、前記ホルダーの前記側壁の内面とねじ係合しており、および前記スペーサの側壁の内面は、前記中央ポストの外面とねじ係合していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記中央ポストが第1の位置にあるとき、前記ホルダーに対する前記スペーサ要素の動きが禁止され、そして前記中央ポストが第2の位置まで軸方向に延伸されるとき、前記スペーサ要素は前記ホルダーに関して自由に回転することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スペーサアセンブリはロック用ピンをさらに備え、前記スペーサ要素は前記ロック用ピンを受け入れるための凹部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スペーサアセンブリは、前記スペーサ要素および前記ホルダー内で前記スペーサ要素の上側近位部と前記ホルダーの下側底部との間に位置された拡張可能な容器をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記拡張可能な容器の拡張または収縮は、前記スペーサ要素が前記ホルダーに対して移動するのを生じさせることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スペーサアセンブリは、前記ストッパに固定されたスペーサ要素と、前記プランジャ部材に移動可能に固定されたプランジャ延長部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記プランジャ延長部は、前記プランジャ部材とねじ係合していることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のアセンブリ。
- 薬剤を注射するための薬物送達システムであって、
該システムは、
薬剤を受容するように構成された容器であって、当該容器内で動くように構成されたストッパおよび閉鎖体を備える容器、
駆動アセンブリであって、
前記ストッパを前記容器内で係合および移動させるように構成されたプランジャ部材であって、第1の位置および当該第1の位置から軸方向に離間された第2の位置を有しているプランジャ部材と、
前記プランジャ部材を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に移動させるように構成された付勢部材と、
前記プランジャ部材と前記ストッパとの間に位置された調整可能なスペーサアセンブリと、を備える駆動アセンブリ、および
前記容器に流体連通して配置されるように構成された針を備える針アクチュエータアセンブリ、
を備えることを特徴とする薬物送達システム。 - 前記スペーサアセンブリは、スペーサ要素と、前記スペーサ要素が取り付けられるホルダーとを備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記ホルダーは、前記ストッパに取り付けられ、前記スペーサ要素は、ねじ係合により、前記ホルダーに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記スペーサアセンブリは、前記ストッパに固定されたスペーサ要素と、前記プランジャ部材に移動可能に固定されたプランジャ延長部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
