Abstract
Description
独立請求項1の特徴を有する車両用の圧力センサは、少なくとも2つの基準圧力孔部のうちの少なくとも1つから浸透した水分を除去することができるため、圧力センサが大気圧を正しく検出することができるという利点を有する。
図1〜図5から明らかなように、本発明による車両用の圧力センサ1の図示の実施例は、少なくとも1つのセンサユニット20が配置されたハウジング3を備え、少なくとも1つのセンサユニット20は、測定接続部3.3において作用する圧力と大気圧との間の圧力差を求める。少なくとも1つのセンサユニット20は、少なくとも2つの基準圧力孔部12,14における大気圧を検出する。ここでは、センサ排水部10は、少なくとも2つの基準圧力孔部12,14を相互に接続する接続チャネル16を含む。
Claims (9)
- 車両用の圧力センサ(1)であって、
少なくとも1つのセンサユニット(20)が配置されているハウジング(3)を備え、前記少なくとも1つのセンサユニット(20)は、測定接続部(3.3)に作用する圧力と大気圧との間の圧力差を求め、前記少なくとも1つのセンサユニット(20)は、少なくとも2つの基準圧力孔部(12,14)における大気圧を検出する、圧力センサ(1)において、
センサ排水部(10)が、少なくとも2つの基準圧力孔部(12,14)を相互に接続する接続チャネル(16)を含んでいることを特徴とする、圧力センサ(1)。 - 取り付けられた状態において前記ハウジング(3)内の第1の基準圧力孔部(12)は、第2の基準圧力孔部(14)よりも測地学的に高い位置に配置されている、請求項1記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記接続チャネル(16)は、表面張力に基づいてより高い位置にある前記第1の基準圧力孔部(12)から浸透した水分(7)を吸い込み、下方の第2の基準圧力孔部(14)に案内する、請求項2記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(3)は、前記センサユニット(20)が配置されている収容空間(3.1)を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(3)にカバー(5)が接続されており、該カバー(5)は、前記収容空間(3.1)と、前記接続チャネル(16)と、前記少なくとも2つの基準圧力孔部(12,14)とを覆っている、請求項4記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(3)は、プラスチック射出成形部品として構成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのブレーキブースターと、少なくとも1つのブレーキ回路と、少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(1)と、を備えた車両用の制動システムにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(1)が、請求項1から6までの少なくとも1つに従って構成されていることを特徴とする、制動システム。 - 第1の圧力センサ(1)が、前記ブレーキブースター内で作用する制動圧と大気圧との間の第1の圧力差を求める、請求項7記載の制動システム。
- 第2の圧力センサ(1)が、前記少なくとも1つのブレーキ回路内で作用する制動圧と大気圧との間の第2の圧力差を求める、請求項7または8記載の制動システム。
