Claims (7)
- 周期的に血糖を測定するセンサーモジュールがアプリケーターの内部に挿入された状態で一つの単位製品として組み立て製作され、前記アプリケーターの作動によって前記センサーモジュールが外部に突出されて身体に付着する連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体であって、
前記アプリケーターには、使用者によって加圧操作されるように加圧ボタンが装着され、前記加圧ボタンの加圧操作を防止するように別の安全ロック装置が結合され、前記安全ロック装置を除去した場合にだけ、前記加圧ボタンが加圧操作されるように形成される連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。 - 前記アプリケーターは、
内部に収容空間が形成され、一面が開放されるように形成され、前記加圧ボタンが装着されるメインケースと、前記メインケースの内部の第1位置に配置され、前記加圧ボタンの操作によって前記第1位置から外部突出方向である第2位置に直線移動するプランジャーボディーと、
前記プランジャーボディーが前記第1位置から前記第2位置に直線移動するように、前記プランジャーボディーに弾性力を加えるプランジャー弾性スプリングと、を含み、
前記センサーモジュールが前記プランジャーボディーに結合されて前記プランジャーボディーとともに一体として第1位置から第2位置に移動し、前記安全ロック装置は、前記メインケースに結合される請求項1に記載の連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。 - 前記メインケースには、前記加圧ボタンが挿入されて加圧移動するようにボタンガイド溝が形成され、
前記安全ロック装置は、前記ボタンガイド溝の深さ方向に対する直角方向に前記ボタンガイド溝にスライド挿入されて前記加圧ボタンの加圧移動を防止するように形成される請求項2に記載の連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。 - 前記安全ロック装置は、
前記ボタンガイド溝にスライド方式で挿入および引出しされるように形成される加圧防止ロッドと、
前記加圧防止ロッドの一端に延長形成され、前記加圧防止ロッドが前記ボタンガイド溝に挿入された状態で、前記メインケースの外側面をくるむように形成される外側支持部を含み、
前記加圧防止ロッドが前記ボタンガイド溝に挿入されることによって前記加圧ボタンの加圧移動が防止される請求項3に記載の連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。 - 前記外側支持部の一側には、ハンドル突起が外側方向に突出形成される請求項4に記載の連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。
- 前記メインケースには、前記センサーモジュールが前記メインケースの内部に挿入された状態で、外部露出が遮断されるように別の保護キャップが分離可能に結合され、
前記安全ロック装置は、前記保護キャップが前記メインケースに結合されることによって、分離除去が防止されるように形成される請求項4に記載の連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。 - 前記外側支持部の一側には、前記外側支持部が前記メインケースの外側面をくるみながら結合した状態で、前記保護キャップが前記メインケースに結合されることによって前記保護キャップと噛み合うように、前記加圧防止ロッドのスライド方向と直角方向に延長される噛み合い延長部が形成される請求項6に記載の連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。
