Claims (3)
- 血糖を測定するように身体に挿入付着可能に形成される身体付着ユニットと、前記身体付着ユニットが内部に結合固定されるように形成され、前記身体付着ユニットが身体に挿入付着するように使用者の操作によって前記身体付着ユニットを外部に吐出するように作動するアプリケーターと、を具備する連続血糖測定装置であって、
前記身体付着ユニットは、前記アプリケーターによって外部に吐出されるハウジングと、前記ハウジング内部に装着されて一端部が前記ハウジングから外部に突き出されて前記ハウジングの外部への吐出移動によって身体に挿入されるセンサー部材と、前記ハウジングの外部への吐出移動によって前記センサー部材と共に身体に挿入されるように前記センサー部材の一端部を囲んで前記ハウジングに分離可能に結合される針部と、を含み、
前記アプリケーターには前記針部が身体に挿入された後、前記針部を外部への吐出方向の反対方向に移動させて身体から引き出し除去する針引き出し手段が具備され、
前記針引き出し手段は引張スプリング形態で作用する針引き出し弾性スプリングの圧縮復元力によって前記針部を移動させるように形成され、
前記アプリケーターは、一側面に使用者によって加圧操作されるように加圧ボタンが装着されるメインケースと、前記メインケースの内部の第1位置に結合固定され、前記加圧ボタンの操作によって前記第1位置で結合固定解除されて外部への吐出方向である第2位置に直線移動するプランジャーボディーと、前記プランジャーボディーが前記第1位置から前記第2位置に直線移動するように前記プランジャーボディーに弾性力を加えるプランジャー弾性スプリングと、を含み、
前記身体付着ユニットは、前記プランジャーボディーの一端に結合されて前記プランジャーボディーと共に一体で前記第1位置から前記第2位置に移動し、
前記針引き出し手段は、前記プランジャーボディーにかみ合い結合されて前記プランジャーボディーと共に前記第1位置から前記第2位置に直線移動し、当該針引き出し手段の下端部に、前記針部の上端部と結合される針引き出しボディーを有し、
前記針引き出し弾性スプリングは、両端が前記メインケースと前記針引き出しボディーに結合されて前記針引き出しボディーが前記第2位置に移動することによって圧縮復元力によって前記針引き出しボディーに前記第1位置に向けた弾性力を加えるように形成され、
前記針引き出しボディーは、前記第2位置に移動することによって前記プランジャーボディーとのかみ合いが解除されて前記針引き出し弾性スプリングの圧縮復元力によって前記第1位置に向けて移動し、
前記針部は、前記針引き出しボディーと共に移動して身体から引き出し除去され、
前記針引き出しボディーには前記プランジャーボディーにかみ合わされるように弾性偏向される弾性ホックが形成され、
前記メインケースには前記針引き出しボディーが前記第2位置に移動することによって前記弾性ホックと前記プランジャーボディーとのかみ合いが解除されるように前記弾性ホックを加圧する針引き出し加圧部が形成される
連続血糖測定装置。 - 前記メインケースは、一側面に前記加圧ボタンが装着される外部ケースと、前記外部ケースの内部に結合されて前記プランジャーボディーの直線移動経路をガイドするように形成されるインナーケースと、を含み、
前記針引き出し弾性スプリングの一端は、前記外部ケースの一側に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続血糖測定装置。 - 前記インナーケースに前記針引き出し加圧部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の連続血糖測定装置。
